At the long forgotten request by Mr. Bib I am just posting that in accordance with his LOT theory I have already moved my LOT from a 6 o’clock to about a 9 o’clock with an approximate 1 inch gain in length.

This has been over approximately 3-4 months of PE with a month of downtime due to injury. It mainly consisted of hanging at upward angles ~11 or 12 o’clock. If anyone has any questions let me know. I will try to post again once I hit a good 11 o’clock or 12 for experiments sake.

i cannot understand this… streching is ok…btu how can someone hang upward (high hanging)?

It seems that if higher LOTs’ equal bigger gains, and ones LOT gets higher as his length increases, (such as what was mentioned above), then one’s gains would become easier as he went along, and that would result in a huge and quick gaining period, til the LOT reaches it’s limit. So other than maybe a beginners gain, the best gains would ensue when the LOT reaches it’s higher points, at say maybe 9 o’clock until it reaches 12 for example.

In theory of course, but in reality, you have got to deal with factors like toughening of the penile tissues, and what ever else there is, that would certainly hinder these gains. Hmmmmmmmmmm, using that theory perhaps, if you we’re to decondition your penis in this process every so often, the progressive increase and easiness in gains may actually continue to happen.. Who knows!

Wow, there was a lot of responses since last night. :) Thanks for all the kind words. For those who wanted to know I had just started hanging back in December with the Cap’s Wench and 5 lbs. Still trying to save up for the Cadillac of hangers, the 2004 Bib Deluxe with self-heating pads and with the gold “B” on either side for the extra “bling bling” factor. Right now I think I have moved up to ~12 lbs for 1 hour a day. I just use gallon jugs of water and a large cable clamp to hold them to a bungee cord. Heck each gallon container can weigh 7 lbs so I figured this was the easy way to go.

I really didn’t go the OTS route because all my chairs are too short and the cord was irritating my shoulder. I was lucky enough to have a very tall and narrow book case filled with movies that is about 4.5 feet tall and I throw the weights over that and it helps to give a high angled stretch.

As for how much longer? Well I would like another 2 inches since I am only hovering around the 7 mark. The only problem is that I am going to be moving in with my girlfriend in a month or two and I am not sure how much she would appreciate me hanging for an hour and a half a day. That is why I am going to try to get my LOT as high as I can now and then once I move in with her then try to sneak in the SD hanging for a quick boost to top off what I have. (She is already saying I have bottomed out so this is going to be interesting.)

In terms of toughness, I agree that the tunica does get tough very quickly. I am already noticing it flexing in the mirror with it’s newfound strength. If I ever need to open a jar or lift something heavy I am starting to just use my tunica. What I am hoping though is that you can teeter-totter the tunica/ligs. I don’t remember who said this but they suggested hanging for ligs until your LOT sinks then hanging for the tunica and raising your LOT. The times that you are doing the tunica the ligs are deconditioning and vice versa. Please feel free to correct me if that is something I just saw in a tabloid.

One note of caution I am sure everyone has heard. Don’t use too much weight! It caused me to lay off PE for a month so take it easy. I am still a newbie at hanging and I hope other fellow neophytes will take heed and be careful.

One more thing that may or not be relevant. I have had Type I diabetes for over 10 years now so I wonder if the fact that I heal slower than normal helps keep the plastic deformation? As Dana Carvery used to say on the SNL skit with the church lady “Okay now go talk amongst yourselves.” :D

So only 1 hr a day? Not bad…I like how you used the “slowly add weight approach” Did you use the typical 5 on 2 off approach?

Did your BPFSL increase accordingly or more than one inch? Flaccid gains as well?

Great gains Tom! But two questions: What is your on/off schedule like? And what did you underwrap and overwrap with? How do you not get a sensitive skins and pain on the shaft when you hang with the Wench?
