Looking to start PE again

I was skeptical about PE when I started over a year ago and decided to stop before I really even started. It seems that more and more people are doing it and seeing results so I’ve decided I’d like to start up again.

I see a lot of FAQ’s etc and im not interested in that stuff, i know the basics, however I would like a list or link to the different excercises and how to perform them.

I am starting at 5.75 x 4.75 which I’m not happy with, but very motivated to work hard at this.

I’ve also noticed that a lot of people are using hanging devices now. I still don’t think I like the idea of that. Have some of you experienced good gains in length and girth without added weights?

There are a lot of people making gains without contraptions and hanging. Although I pumped briefly back when I started PE (in 1997) I made the bulk of my gains with nothing but jelqs and stretches (BPEL went from 6.2” to 7.4” in a 7-month period). Now I’m doing PE again but still using the basics plus a few more “advanced” girth techniques (EG up from 5.6” to 6.2”).

If you know the basics (terminology and so on) then search this forum for exercise descriptions. They’re bound to be here.

  • Use the “search” button, which you’ll find to be the second from the page’s top right. Keywords like “uli”, “dld blaster”, “horse440”, “JAS” and such may come in handy.

I think hangers are still a minority here, but it’s a great way to gain lenght and base girth too. Almost everyone has started with manual exercises and I, for one of many, have made over an inch of lenght and over ½ inch of girth with manual exercises alone. If you ask from any of the more experienced practitioners, they’ve almost all made big gains with manual exercises alone, before starting to hang, if ever started.

I remember you and how skeptical you were, I’m glad your back but if you really want it to work you need to believe that you will get results. There is no magic to it just hard work.
