Good day guys. I’m looking for PE’ers that have difficulty gaining. I gain easily and with my new routine I have seen flaccid gains in a short time. I still need to cement it in to erect gains but I’m working on that. I’m looking for guys with the following.
At least 6-8 months of experience with PE. No newbies please. Won’t be posting my routine out of fear a newbie might try it and injure themself.
Extensive experience in stretching. (Knowing the sensations and what to look for to prevent injury)
Some spare time during the day as well as night. (basically 5 minutes every hour will be enough)
Difficulty with gains. Want to test my routine to see if it will work for other or if I’m just special and can gain easily using any routine.

I really want to test this but don’t want people to try it and injure themselves because they lack experience. So please comment on the thread if you are willing to try and I what experience you have with PE and where you are on your journey and I will Personal message you the routine. From there it is your choice.

Think I’m covering your criteria.

Although 90-120 days in manual PE, I think my stretching performance and understanding the limits are as of advanced members.

I posted few days back that so far I had no gains (“hard gainer”) although I carried out the following routine:

Stretches (all directions but mainly straight out) 10 minutes twice a day for 3 days on 1 off, other weeks , 2-3 minutes for 6-8 times a day, 2-3 on , 1 off (total of 20-30 minutes a day);

Jelqing, only when I felt that my penis is ready for the tension (more focused on length than girth anyway);

Pulling strong (holding the stretch with straight arms… so no effort, body weight is holding the tension) with no pain, being able to hold for a minute or more.

Used heat only at the beginning; felt better without warming up and heating (better EQ without the heat). Always starts easy, massaging with castor oil or vitamin E cream, slowly increasing the stretch tension.

Will be happy to try your routine.

I feel that I’m a hard gainer. I did the newbie routine in the beginning and didn’t gain from it, I started hanging and gained 1/2” BPEL, that was 3 yrs. ago. I’ve taken decon breaks, changed the routine, added heat, different angles, whatever I could think of. I believe I toughened it up by increasing the weight chasing the elusive fatigue. I am on month 3 of a 3 month decon break to see if starting over will start gains again like in the beginning. I’m interested to see and possibly try your routine, believe me I am very cautious, I haven’t injured myself in these 4 yrs, other than a blister from vac hanging. I understand your reluctance in posting what you’re doing, could you please send me your routine so I could see what has brought about gains.

Hi there, iv’e been doing PE by myself for about a year total. The total time covered was about 5 years. I experienced most of the exercises by myself! I came across this site 2 weeks ago and I recognized my techniques in the forums haha! So I was already using the V-Stretch, A stretch and some others types of stretches before even knowing they had a name :P

So I think I have not been regular enough to gain strongly and decided to go for it seriously this time! Those past 2 weeks I’ve been way more regular and my routine is going 2 days on/1day off at the moment. Although its been 2 weeks, I haven’t really measured differences or any gains. My erection is harder for sure and my penis seems a little girthier, but not longer.. I think I can’t gain lenght easily!

I will try your routine for sure and see what happens if ull allow me to try it :)

Forgot to mention I gained about 2 centimeter total which is ok I believe but I definitely think I would gain more with serious exercising!

Over 2 years experience plus some from years ago…..I gain girth but can’t break threw on length. I’ve done it all, from hanging to pumping to clamping to a mix of the three.

Not really in the spirit of the forum to only supply routines and information in private.
It might be better starting a thread in the members only progress reports or the R&D forum and post all the info with appropriate warnings, after all if it works for anyone surely you’d want them to share it ?

One thing I’ve learned here is that what works for someone does not necessarily work for everyone. Another thing I’ve learned is that the best informations here are publicly shared. Caution is always suggested. No offence.


What is doing PE right? Getting the proper stimulation to recovery ratio. The other critical factor is: if you get vastly improved EQ, your chances of growth are far better! (cit. sparkyx) Warning! If you haven't gotten improved erections:

Okay. For those saying its not in the spirit of TP to only post it privately, I will post the routine on this thread. But please, newbies, don’t try it without extensive experience first. Please see if you can’t first gain with the newbie routines. I’m going to post the ideal way to follow the routine, but please, also listen to your bodies and check you PI’s to see when you need an extra break. My dick can take a lot of abuse and I don’t want people to injure them self, which is why I wanted to keep it private, so newbies won’t attempt is and injure them self. The routine to follow.

So the routine consists of two parts. I call it my day and night shifts. The day is dedicated to stretching and the night to a more normal routine. Some people might have experience with a similar routine, and some might not, but this is what worked in giving me flaccid length gains. So hope it works for others as well.

Day:
Normal stretch without warm up. Stretch in each direction for a slow 30 count (not seconds, but a slow count) but stretching bottom twice.
I do this four times during the day about an hour apart. (4 worked great in the fact that it didn’t destroy my EQ but felt like I was getting a great workout. Listen to your body and see what works for you.)
I do this 2 days on and 1 off. Any more gave me poor EQ and was a bit counter productive. Between stretches (going from down to up) I also tug on it straight out about 20 times.

Night:
Quick warm up. About a minute. But you might want to warm up more. Basically till your ligaments feel rubbery. So tug to feel if it has a bit more of a recoil. (If that makes sense)
After warm up, I do between 200-250 wet jelqs. In sets of 50. Starting at about 80% erect and finishing at about 60% erect. Between each set of 50, I get myself fully erect and then do a type of horse 440 squeeze where I squeeze at the base of my dick as well as just below the glands. Its an intense sensation so be careful. The squeeze I hold for between a 20 and 30 count.

After the jelqs and squeezes I do a 20 minute edging session. I have not done this consistently because I don’t always have the time. But have seen a greater hang the next day when I did the edging, and I was way more engorged for a lot longer.
After the edging, I warm down with a shower while I massage my dick for about 5 minutes.
The night routine I do 5 on 2 off. Sometimes when my dick want a bit more abuse I go 6 on 1 off. But usually at the end of a week its a bit tired.

What I have noticed:
Adding more stretches kills my EQ and then my night routine is ruined. So check you PI’s. Also when my ligaments are sensitive, I take an extra day off. I have come close to injuring myself a few times. Because there is no heat, the chance of injury is much higher. The squeeze can be skipped if it is a bit much. Its more for girth than for length anyway (I work on both at the same time) and when my dick looks a little fat (and short) I stop with the squeezes for a while.

When I started, with the up stretch I could just barely reach my belly button. Now my glands go past my belly button. Not bad for a month and a half. It feels longer with all the stretches but I only have a reference for the up stretch. As for erect gains. My ruler only goes to 20cm (8inches) and was already past that before I began. So I don’t know if I have gotten erect gains, but if not it should show soon. But my dick use to have a bit of an upward curve, and that has now straightened a lot. So if nothing else, then there’s that. Hope this helps somebody out there.

Hi again pleasingthewife and thanks for your routine! I’ll be trying it from now on! I’ll listen carefully to my penis and get a higher intensity if everything goes well. For the first week I really want to see how things goes and I’ll start lower with your 4 set of light stretching, then 150 jelqs at night. I think I’ll also use a pump (just light use) daily between stretching routines. I’ll report you my progress :)

Feel free to keep track on me and we could even make a repport in the end (with measurements and everything)

Also, I will need to figure out a way to do it even if I work.

What do you think of the following routine?

Sounds good. I do one set at 12:00 and then follow up on the hour, but I don’t see why your times would make a difference. I also do my jelqing at around 9 pm, so that’s good. You can replace the squeeze with the pumping (both are for girth). The squeeze just insures that I stay engorged for longer which is why I like it, but if the pumping does the same for you then why not.

Give manual stretching a try. Trust me a combination of simple stretches and A stretches will give you very fast length gains.

I’m in the middle of a bundled stretch experiment at present.

No indication of length after 2 months, but the lower shaft is getting close to the mid-shaft and filling in the baseball bat look.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

I doubt the effectiveness of bundled stretches, I think they can help girth gains. In what direction are you perform them;

For me a combination of downward stretches and A stretches with long holds works very well.
