Hey all, I am a big time newbie to all this but i have read over everything in the newbie forum and still have a couple questions I hope you guys could field. Now, I am a little under 6 inches bp which is pretty normal but flaccid I am only like 2-3 and I hate it. What exercises and routines could I use to get my flaccid up to around 5 or so inches…. Ill post pics in the member section as soon as I get around to it btw…..

Each person is different, but what works for me is to get 80% erect, squeeze at the base, hold for 5 secs, pull toward the head about 1” until you see the head expand, squeeze and hold for 10 secs. Do 5 sets of these at the end of your workout, no more and your flaccid and erect girth should increase. Give it about 2 weeks to 1 month before you see any improvements. Goodluck.

Although i didn’t gain at errect state (after 1 month), i gained at flaccid state.

Flaccid gains come quick, compared to errect.

Dont know, like I said, everyone is different. It worked for my flaccid length. Im now 5.5” length x 4.75” girth. I too was less than 4” length when I started.

Flaccid gains.

I got my first flaccid gains from the butt stetch, also called the Fowfer.

This is placing your penis up behind you and sitting on it. I then positioned myself on the eedge of the chair and leant foward slightly….2-3 mins was the most I could stand.

Haven’t done that for ages though. HANGING is giving me great gains in the flaccid department.

Jelqing and lots of heavy squeezing have take my girth from 5.5 to about 6.3 in about 10 months time. For flaccid length, I’m trying what is called the “biker’s hang” over in PE forum” - which is a standard lock attached just behind the glans, and worn for longer periods of time to pull steadily on the penis, keeping it in the extended mode. I’ve only been doing this for a couple of weeks - but see some improvement - but I have over 60 years of a dick that plays turtle to overcome…. I’ve added some additional weight to the lock I use - I have a total of about 1.5 lbs, and can wear it comfortably pretty much 24/7…
