Long time, few gains

Hi

I’ve been a long time member. Seen some gains in length but few if none in girth. Lack of concistency has been my main problem.
I want to change this. I want to gain a cm in girth, to get to 13cm, and maybe some in length, long term goal is 20cm.

What I would really like to get some help with is examples of a good, minimalistic routine, what to do and how often, to get on track. I’ve always felt that PE can be too much sometimes, so I’ve put it off. And after all these years I’ve read so much that I don’t know what’s what anymore. I need to start with the basics.

What is a good newbie routine for someone starting over?

The Newbie Routine is a great place to start. It’s stickied in the Basics Forum and you can scale it back as much as you like. Safety and consistency is key.


Now: 9" BPEL x 6" MSEG as of 12/16/2016 This is my story...and a few progress pics of me here.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My big secret? My methods. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *8* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith. Also Fitness helps too.

I guess that oldie is still relevant, so no new revolutionary routines? ;)

Concistency is key. One of my problems have been maintaining an erection during jelqing. Which led to a pe-session with 100 jelqs taking up to an hour… Do you go for jelqs on a lower erection level?

You only need to be 50-80% erect for effective jelqs. Erect jelqs can be dangerous and have supposedly injured a few guys.

I’ve found doing them right after I get up in the morning is good. Since I’m usually very swole in the morning. Any experience from doing them right in the morning?

I’ve PEed at various times of day over the years and not noticed any real difference, seems more influenced by how relaxed, warm, in the mood Etc I am.

As far as jelqs, I definitely have done various levels of erection. The difference between Jelq, ULI and stretching is the Force of the squeeze grip and speed of the repetition.

Revolutionary? Got some interesting heat sources, pump accessories, other gadgets but…exercises are basically the same mostly. Though I’m pretty behind the times myself on some of the bleeding edge tech.

1. Use heating through the whole routine through a space heater or an IR. Just don’t heat your testicles too much. Either cover them with something or direct the heat properly.
2. Start jelqing flaccid. Start counting when you get a 30% erection and work your way up, stop at 80% erection.
3. Try one day on one day off.

That’s my opinion.


BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.

Good advice!
I seldom get an erection when jelqing though. Especially after stretches. That’s why I’ve found jelqing in the morning to be good. I’ve come to the conclusion that I am very tight in my pelvic floor muscles, something I’m planning to fix

If you have erection problems with jelqing try a different grip.
The OK grip is messing my erection.
So when I jelq I go for the C grip.
Dry jelqs.

I have similar gains and size with yours :)


Starting messurements: 6.0 BPEL , 4.80 MEG ---- June/15

Milestone :7.1 BPEL , 4,85 MEG ---- June/16

Goal (Maybe??): 8.0 BPEL , 5.5 MEG

I would restart doing JP90 a month or more. Get into it and don’t cheat yourself!

Right now I’m doing 12 minutes (4*3min) stretches, both in the morning and in the evening, like the ones in Mem’s momentous.. After at least one of the sessions I try to do at least 2*5 minutes in the new pump at 7-11 HG followed by some edging for good measure.
Need to add more heat, but I haven’t found any good heating pads here in Sweden..

Might be a good routine, but to soon to measure my newest ninja stealth PE endeavour.. But it feels fuller, and the pump + edging has improved EQ!

My best routine yet has been Vaseline assisted jelqs, 20min in the morning, + just stretching during toilette breaks..

Put in time and consistency, and you’ll get to your goals!

If you cant stay on any kind of manuel exercise routine try pumping its fast east and convenient. I too have had times where I am inconsistent with manual exercises. If you do pump use heat. Good Luck

JP90 is junk. Don’t do that. It’s entirely too much work for basically anyone. I started with that and I found it to bay way too exhausting. It’s a long routine that focuses on numbers. You shouldn’t be focusing on the number. You should be focusing on how your dick feels and reacts to what you’re doing.

With that said, there does need to be some structure so you can keep track of how much you are doing. I use time and expansion. You could set a timer and focus on whatever you are doing until the timer goes off. If you think you’ve got more in you and want to go further, do it. Just be careful of overdoing it. Unfortunately with PE, it varies drastically between men. What may be too much for you may not be enough for other guys or vice versa.

I always try to steer guys with the linear routine in my signature. I substitute repetitions for time.

Most importantly, give your dick a rest every couple of days. You will want to PE because you have a goal. This goal can not be met by pummeling your dick into the ground every day. Good luck.
