Long time, few gains
I’ve been a long time member. Seen some gains in length but few if none in girth. Lack of concistency has been my main problem.
I want to change this. I want to gain a cm in girth, to get to 13cm, and maybe some in length, long term goal is 20cm.
What I would really like to get some help with is examples of a good, minimalistic routine, what to do and how often, to get on track. I’ve always felt that PE can be too much sometimes, so I’ve put it off. And after all these years I’ve read so much that I don’t know what’s what anymore. I need to start with the basics.
What is a good newbie routine for someone starting over?
Has been: 6.4 x 4.7 (16.3 x 12cm)
Is : 6,9 x 4.7 (17.7 x 12cm)
WILL BE : 7 x 4,8 (17,8 x 12.2cm)
