Long term (>6 month) study of effect from using and ADS

Long term (>6 month) study of effect from using and ADS

I’ve seen several studies by companies selling ADS devices showing how effective they are. What I haven’t seen is a study covering more than 6 month. Has anyone else seen such a study?

Examples of shorter term studies:

Men’s Health devices - Penis, ED, Peyronie

Clinical studies - PHALLOSAN forte

Thanks

Yeah, those all look kind of illegit. I think if you’re doing ADS consistently with a simple newbie style routine it’s realistic to gain .5-1.5 inches in one year. If you want something to go by… that’s the rule of thumb I would use.

2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

That may be true, sky, but if I only gained .5” after about 1000-2000 hours of ADS use I would NOT be pleased about it.

I have logged over 650 hours with a homemade ADS at about 1.5-2 pounds of tension. As I see it, the ADS is best applied in conjunction with other exercises. I think Xeno has a pretty good handle on the reasoning behind this. You cause “damage” by jelqing, stretching, clamping, hanging, whatever. Then you apply the ADS for a few hours to allow the tissues to “remodel” in the stressed state. After which, you give yourself some time to heal and rebuild the “damage” initially done. Healing is done primarily during sleep.

The body may want to find equilibrium with the tension an ADS applies. If the ADS is the primary PE practice, and the wear-time and tension are not varied enough, your tissues could build a resistance to such a consistent force and slow your PE gains.

Or I could be blowing smoke.

"Debate the idea..."

Honestly, I wondered the same thing about any long term studies being done( 1 yr. or 2yr. etc.).I bought a pro-extender back in October and only wear the device 2 hrs. a day and gained a hole inch in length and half an inch in girth. Who knows how much growth I will experience in the next six months as I continue to add tension.

How are those expensive ADS systems for uncut guys anways? I know I could use the search function but it’s part of the thread so back off.

Half an inch was setting the bar low for hard gainers so that there’s no dissapointments. I guess I never logged my hours of stretching, jelqing, clamping and now pumping. I plan on pumping a lot more often now… every night for a couple of minutes should really do the trick and push me over my plateau.

I use JES and phallosan and in the case of phallosan I think being uncut makes it much easier to put on. With JES I don’t think it makes a difference. Both products are European and hence probably originally designed with uncut men in mind.

JES and phallosan, stats

Hi there Mr Dick,
What are your results so far with the ADS devices. Starting stats with date and current stats. And of course, how many hours do you wear them. I´m interested cause I have a JES Extender that I´ve purchased a while ago. But I haven´t started using it yet.

Best regards

Which tissues in the penis have the ability to build resistance? I could understand muscle tissue developing/adapting to a variety of conditions…

Also, why would conventional traction work? Conventional traction is applied 24 hours a day with a moderate, but consistent pull. It’s true it’s a slow process, but it does work.

Do you think an ADS may simply achieve the same results but at a much slower pace?

High bigfun!

since then I have not increased further but I have also had a 3 week interruption in January and have reduced my average time to about 4-6 hours instead of 8+. I am also experiencing a couple of veins near frenulum swelling all the way up in the head(!), although it’s gone after a few seconds after massage I feel uncomfortable about it. I am thinking about throwing in JES sessions in between the Phallosan sessions for the penis to have time to recover.

My greatest worry though, is that my times of easy gains are gone and the hard or impossible ones ahead of me…

MrDick,

How did you manage to wear the ADS 8+ hours a day? Did you wear it at work/school?

Work, yes. But since I started noticing the swelling veins it’s more difficult as I don’t want to accidentally leave it on for too long without a “massage break”, and that easily happens at work.

I’d be skeptical of the authenticity of any “study” put out by the manufacturer of the device, unless it had been published in a peer-reviewed journal. But these ADS devices do, indeed, work, even if the “studies” are BS.

I’d be wary of these studies. The Andro study is simply a copy of a Jes study, yet they claim it to be their own. And to make things even worse the inventor of the Jes is wanted by the police in his home land as he carried on doing PE surgery after he was banned for botching so many. Basically Andro stole the results of a criminal.
