little bit of a scare
This night I was doing my PE exercises, which like every night when i do them its no set routine, and afterwards i happened to check my plump dude out in the mirror and holy $hit he was dark in color; probably due to my uli sesh. well, i wasn’t too concerned as he felt warm and good but still that color can’t be good.
Now to my point and question, who is like me and has no set routine (probably more of a PE vet). usually my PE routine consists of starting out with DLD blasters (which i love and is the only consistant thing in my routine), followed by jelq’s for 30minutes to an hour(this varies everytime with different stroke speeds and between 60-100%erection level), and lastly uli’s which lasts from 15minutes to 30minutes and done mostly 80-100% erect and each rep lasting 15seconds to 30seconds. that may be alittle confusing and i appologize.
is this stupid???
should i be changing this and being more consistant or could this work?
sometimes i feel i might be over doing it and thats why i need help to get something more consistant but a awesome workout at the same time.
