Thinking is bad.

I’ve had this problem before, and it sucks. But assuming that you have a caring girlfriend that is willing to help out, here’s what might help:

If you can’t stop thinking, then think about going heavy on the foreplay, and don’t think about penetration. One thing that helped me was doing 69. It’s kinda hard to think about your dick when you have a girl sitting on your face, while receiving a blow job.

Once you get comfortable with getting hard during oral, then switch it up to sex (after getting hard during oral) and make sure that you’re not tensing up your stomach muscles. Stay relaxed. Flow with it.

I actually went to the doctor because it bothered me so bad. He gave me a sample pack of Viagra and recommended a small dosage. It brought my confidence up, and it helped me to learn how to relax during sex. Put me back on the Erection Express.

Once this kind of thing happens, it’s hard to stop thinking about it; but with time, you’ll learn to relax and not think, and it will go away. Trust me.

When I was younger they used to be rock hard, I remember if I pressed down on one vein that ran along the top it would inflate even more. Now my head´s pretty soft and it´isn´t great.

overmasturbation usually causes weak erections through the following mechanism:

You rush through and train yourself to cum at perhaps only an 80 or 85% erection. masturbate rarely ( couple times a week at most) and bring yourself to the edge 3 or 4 times. For couples this is fun to to together.

This exercise (edging as a couple) is a good cure for performance anxiety as well.

Good_Knight, it seems to be the whole penis that is still somewhat squeezable and to some extent bendable… when I do a strong kegel it goes “rock hard” but when once the kegel ends, so does the extreme-hardness.

Prickle, You’re probably right, although I have gotten “rock hard” with her a couple of times over the past few months (hand jobs, blowjobs etc.), and I’m not particularly embarassed about my penis size when she can see it. Shonen, the routine that got me up to about 5 3/4” in 4-5 months was a 5 minute soak in warm/hot water, 25 minutes of manual stretching (1 minute in each direction - forward, right, up, left, down x 5), 20 minutes of wet jelqing, some kegels, then a 5-10 minute penis massage, 5 days on 2 days off. After that I gained a further 1/2” or so with mainly manual stretching and some jelqing. Stretching duration varying from about 10 to 45 minutes. Good luck with your gains! PE really does work!

Hehe, uh-oh… I definitely came at a 85% erection MANY times throughout my school years. I will give the edging thing a try, and quit masturbating in that case. I don’t like it much anymore anyway, lol.

That could well be true, especially if I was masturbating hard at an 85% erection like I did so many times as a youngster. That’s almost the ideal situation for reverse jelqing. :( I will give those holds a try and be careful with my jelqing technique. Thanks for the PC info too, lately I had been just kegelling away whenever I got the chance, for maybe 40 minutes in total a day. I guess its a muscle like any other. Does this mean it would be wise to give PC work a day on, day off schedule as with bodybuilding other muscles?

Thanks for all the advice and tips guys. Last night I tried to get a major erection, and it worked to some extent. I lied down in bed and got an erection with thoughts and a few kegels, no manual stimulation. Of course, by then I just had to beat it off and get it fully hard. I got pretty much an erection I could be happy with. Just gotta learn to get it any time I want.
