Hey guys - I was just doing a little stretching routine.
Mainly JAI stretches but I also tried JAI stretches with one feet raised(see I think I just invented a new, extreme stretch. I call it the LDP Stretch for further information) and then tried to push my ligs down(see
JAI stretch - a useful misunderstanding for further information)
So I wanted to know if the ligs are also connected to the skin of the penis because I can push my ligs down if my I stretch with skin. The stretch feels pretty intense as a combination of JAI+feetraised+ligspushed.
I also noticed that after 15 stretches of these to the right, my dick hangs straight down and not like normally little to the left. Is this because of the lig stretch?

So what do you guys think?

What do you mean when you say “stretch with skin”? I can’t quite picture that.

Modestoman is the resident lig expert, so we’ll have to wait for him to chime in, but I don’t think ligs are connected to the skin itself.

I mean that I do not push my foreskin back and grab behind the glans stretching without skin.

I grab more at the base and push my foreskin over my glans. Than from my stomach to my dick the skin is stretched. When I push that down it feels like a very intense stretch(not the skin is stretched that hard)

I think you are probably stretching skin, ligs and whatever else tissue at the same time.

Yeah of course I am stretching skin also but I think that I stretch the ligs more as I do with a normal stretch.

This is the only stretch where I can really feel it in the ligs and it is so intense that I can not stand that for long(doesn’t hurt really but it feels strange)

You are grabbing close to the base? The ligs attach to the base a little bit out on the shaft, maybe you are bunching them up a little at the shaft and then adding the extra on the middle of the ligs?

All of the tissues are connected in one form of another. When stretching the penis, or the skin of the penis, you will always get some kind of ligament stretch — even if it is a very small one.

Yes, the ligaments also play a great role in the structure of the penis and scrotum. You probably deformed the ligaments in a way that makes it hang more to the right than normal.

Wow! I’d better hurry up and learn something about ligs if I want to keep my reputation.

My first comment is that I agree with Remek. Everything is connected together. Sort of like in the Lion King.

But I have a different take on why stretching the skin give a more intense lig stretch. I don’t think it’s because the ligs are “connected” to the skin, even though I’m sure they are loosely connected to some degree. I think that the skin, fat, and fascia in the area are resisting the stretching force.

Think about it. When you pull your penis out, the skin, fat, and fascia pull back—especially the fascia. Fascia are made of the same stuff as ligs, just not as dense. Their job, among other things, is to maintain the shape of your soft tissues. Naturally, they tend to resist deformation.

So, let’s look at the forces here. You pull your penis out. That’s a positive force. Then the skin, fat and fascia pull back. That’s a negative force, which subtracts from the positive force, thus weakening the stretch.

But then you pull the skin forward. The skin carries the fat and fascia forward along with it, thus providing a positive force. By pulling the skin forward, you’ve essentially taken the negative force from the skin, fat, and fascia out of the force equation. What you’re left with is the entire force of your hand pulling on your shaft. Since there’s no longer anything to resist the force from your hand, all of it is transmitted through your shaft and then to your ligs.

The result is a better lig stretch.

Just two things:

1) I only get a good stretch if I addionaly push down my ligs.so you think the stretch is so intense because I directly stretch the ligs and there is nothing in between that can take force away?

2) can you describe what fascia is or is there another word for it? I tried to translate it but I get “control panel”?

I get the impression that maybe you’re not pulling very hard. The shaft is connected to the ligs. Pulling on the shaft ought to pull on the ligs. Pressing directly on the ligs makes things even more intense, but most penises don’t require this for a good stretch.

Have you tried stretching with a hanger? The - Captn’s Wench is an easy thing to make and use, and it can do a hell of a better job at stretching your ligs than your hand alone. I personally prefer the Wenchette, because of it’s small size. There are also many good commerical products.

The hanger will allow you to apply more force to your shaft, and my eliminate the need to do three things at once (pull the shaft, push the skin, push the ligs).

As for your second question, fascia are sheets of thin connective tissue. Their role in the body is to separate different structures from one another, provide low friction so that structures can slide relative to one another, and maintain the shape of the soft tissues. “Superficial” fascia are just under the skin. “Deep” fascia are more internal.

EDIT: One more thing: make sure you’re pulling at a downward angle. Pulling up takes the stress off the ligs.
