Ligament Healing And PE

I find your first post a bit condradictory, Monty, that’s why:

the Doc said: No strains to this tendon since it isn’t healed; your deduction : you have to apply tension (so straining tissue) when the tissue is healing. Exactly the opposite the Doc said. Of course maybe I’m misunderstanding something (you know, my English pretty bad).

Another point is : a cut tendon isn’t the same thing than a fatigued tendon (or tunica, ligs etc.).

The doctor said:no stress until the tendons begin to toughen because he was after complete return to normal state. What WE do is different. We want to utilize the soft tendons or ligs to our advantage. What we do contradictory to the doctors instructions because we have different goals.

I differ with your deduction about a cut tendon that has been repaired, being different then a fatigued one. If the fatigued penis has damage which it should if it is truly fatigued then the healing process is the same. Soreness is an indication of damage of some sort.

I’m no doctor, but I agree with you on this, Monty.

But the point is: the same sort?

Just my opinion.

Also this point:

He said that he didn’t want him to use his foot at all for the first 3 weeks and after that only lightly. One of the principles he gave my son was his description of the condition of the tendon while healing. He said that in the first two weeks the tendon would get soft and very weak. He didn’t want any strain on that area until the tendon began getting harder or tougher.

still means to me that the tendons was getting longer while getting stronger, so, the Doc was saying: ” if you apply tension, this tendon will not grow longer, but will cut” (or break or whatever the more appropriate word is) “again”. Am I missing something?

The old healing/rest/micro-tears/fatigue best way to PE debate has begun!

Then (4.5 nbpel x 4.75 mseg)

Now (5.625 nbpel, x 5.25 mseg)

Maybe, but not necessarily. Here we just should look at this: is that “true-life example” posted at the opening of this thread really conducive to any meaning for PE?

If so, what is this meaning? The “healing vs./pro length” begin with this second question, in my opinion.

I think what we are trying to say is that once you reach the threshold of a lig or tendon having enough trauma this is the most crucial time for you to keep the penis extended and this is were actual growth phase will begin, but before this time we are only working up to this point to cause the trauma to the ligs and tendons. The body is in a constant state o0f healing once something is damaged.

In the normal setting we want things back to normal but with PE we are trying to use this weakened state to cause the body to have to adapt to the new stretch length. If the body can’t heal in a retracted state then it will make new tissue to fill in the gaps in the extended state.

If someone thinks the penis grows in another way for length I would like to hear what it is but this is the only way I can think of permanent length gains from a stretching only program.

Jelqers and guys that gain from manuals other then newbie gains are a very small group I am not say that they make up a small part of PE but when I read posts I find that lots of guys will spend several months doing manuals with no gains but when I read guys who hang and extend for x number of hrs they seem to all get gains some faster then others but they all get gains this is just my observation.

It seem that the Forum Guidelines are a foreign concept to you, Monty.

In light of Dick Builder’ quoted post, was not difficult to understand what “healing vs./pro length” means : the debate if healing is beneficial or bad for length gains.

dieselYou are a very welcome addition to the membership here. Your post was very focused and accurate. I for one hope you find the site gives the results you look for.
I thank you for the clarity you’ve given.

Now the methods used to accomplish are varied no doubt and how any one individual goes about that is his business but the principles are the important part here, not the syntex of what one individual wants to use.

From a different thread of marinera’s, but it can also be of some use here I think.

Wow thanks Monty530 that does means allot coming from one of the guys I think to be an authority on PE. The reason I think he is an authority on PE is because he has gone from 6 inch’s to over 8 that qualifies him as an authority in my book. The reason I wrote this is because I know someone will ask why I think your an authority on PE. I think this thread is going to be a good one I hope some more guys start posting on this topic I think this to be a key topic if you are a hanger or extender guy or both like me.
