When your stretching you ligs does it matter if you stretch top to bottom or side to side?

If you mean at a horizontal or vertical angle.

Some guys have expressed a preference for stretching to the left and then the right to isolate ligaments better and put greater force on one side at a time.

You will see a great difference in stresses dependent on the vertical angle.

I prefer to use vertical angle variation, as I feel I’m likely to better stretch the penis evenly, rather than doing a timed stretch left and another right to equal out the stresses.

The best place to look for information on angle is the hangers forum. A great deal of thought has been put into different angles and their effects. Most if not all of this information is applicable to stretching.

Also its worth looking at the variants to stretches like the DLD Blaster, the V stretch (bias alert) and the JAI. To increase opportunity for fatigue.

Anyone got any different thoughts?

ok so lets say for example that i am stretching out and then using my other hand as a force to stretch ‘down’ over. i tried this last night and stretched from the base to the glans over my hand. Then i did the same thing side to side using my hand as a stretching “rod”. Is this adequate or should i also be doing something else?

Also does stretching halfway through your routine give any added benefits to the growth experience?

huh? Don’t understand your description. If you mean pushing up or down in midshaft with your free hand then thats a v-stretch.

Whats the side to side stuff you’re talking about.

The way to judge whether its enough is by how it feels when doing the stretch and how your ligs feel when you are done.

Um, stretching half way through a stretch routine? I put the majority of stretching into routines other than my jelq routine but I jelq with a good stretch on each stroke.

ok its the v-stretch that i am doing.

As for the stretching halfway through the routine i meant the jelqing routine.

v stretches are great imo. I do two types of stretch, a modified asana and modifications of the v-stretch (inverted mostly). Whatever works is good. feeling nice sore ligs after a stretch session is an important sign :) Some people go mad for the JAI others love the DLD Blaster.

personaly I don’t stop jelqing to stretch I don’t but each jelq stroke is a stretch and lots of guys do.

My measurements are in size’s database unlike yours (hint, hint ;) ).

Basically solid gains of 1.25” soon to be 1.5” in length (hopefully by the end of this month) and 0.5” in girth. I don’t like to big up my gains ‘cause I don’t think its useful and I think it might actually put people off if they don’t get them. I always round down my measurements.

Strictly a manual man at the moment ( I have a Bib but only put it on recently - so I could add a vote in DW’s - poll). I also have a powerjelq device but discontinued using it some time ago, mainly because I was seeing deterioration in sensitivity.

My manual approach is a lot of stretching in 20 min sets (with 3-5 min holds) I’m on 2-3 sets a day now with 4 hour breaks. Oh and 1-2 15 min jelq sessions.

So I’ve not been doing this stuff that long but long enough so see initial fast speed gains deteriorate and have to employ new techniques to keep up the pace.

Is that the kind of info you want ?
