Lig soreness,loose a little?

I have been working my ligs heavy by streching, they are sore a lot. I have lost a little under .25 in length;could it be because something is swelled?

Next question is I only use hot wrap on ocassion. I guess I need to hear some convincing on hot wrap every time. Can someone tell me why I should be doing this all the time besides the injury reason?



You need to hot wrap every time you excercise to get the blood flowing.
Have you ever gone for a run without a warm up, and find you feel sore the next day, this is what your dick is telling you.

Warm up with hot wrap for 5mins or more, light stretching before the main excercises, hot wrap at the end for 5-10mins, for quicker recovery…
