Let's Start Over.
So I’ve given myself a little break doing some pumping here and there, but I want to get back on a routine. I’ve made some gain with the Newbie Routine and I’ve made gains through pumping.
Is there a routine that would be good for me to start back up again on since I’ve some what conditioned my penis though pumping and the Newbie Routine?
Also does the fact that I started pumping about 6 months into PE hinder the gains I could’ve potentially made
