It’s been a while since I posted anything of value here so I am ecstatic to share with you the result of a year long experiment; I will try to explain this the best I can in the least amount of words. I have been playing around with different routines off and on since I got my first gains from the Newbie Routine to high intensity and long dangerous sessions. It was only last year that I really took PE apart and questioned everything we think we know and why we structure our sessions the way we do. Out of sheer boredom and less privacy I developed a method of getting more done in less time with less wet jelqs.

I present to you…..

The ‘TWENTY MINUTE’ routine.

-Warmup-
3min of any warmup exercises
and heating method you like.

-Workout-
3-5 sets of each:
30sec hold
15-20 1” or less dry jelqs
*Do these back to back with enough pressure
to feel a slight discomfort on your last few reps.
Rest only long enough in between to get semi
hard again. You can do these holds and dry-
jelqs anywhere on shaft you want.

-Finisher-
50-100 wet jelqs/dry jelqs
(as slow as you want)
OR
5 min clamp/pump @ 3-4”hg

-Cool Down-
2-3 min cold water soak or ice pack

That’s it!

The whole routine was designed to limit inflammation and improve PI by keeping the CC slightly expanded every day but no more than an a few days from full recovers. To put it simply, it’s going to get you thicker and allow you to fuck right away without losing your erection. This is meant to be done 3-4 days a week working two sections along the shaft once or twice a week. In between workout days you can do 50 or less wet/dry jelqs or a short session of pumping but stop as soon as you feel any discomfort. Start with 50 wet/dry jelqs in the beginning and then slow them down as you see fit. Those of you seeking length need not worry it will come from the targeted holds with outward pulling, though it may not be as fast as you’d like.

Using a routine very similar to this I gained about .25” in my first 90 days. That’s .25” from mid-base to the head! BTW head girth is a real bitch and takes a lot longer than the shaft to grow. I have developed some methods that have sped up the process, but I want to wait to see how other’s respond to this routine before I post more on that. I did lose about 1/8” in a long break, but most recently gained .25” more in the past 6 months. I don’t regularly measure but every couple months so I can’t tell you specifically, but I notice every week that my head and upper half of the shaft are slowly catching up to the rest, I’m all about evening the taper .

I know a lot of you are looking to increase girth along the shaft to lessen the taper from base girth to head girth. So I have devised a six month long routine (still in the works) to have you go from carrot to cucumber in a hurry. The workout above is just the strategy for the first months routine. For those of you with a descent base girth your first month will start by working just in front of it and allowing the base to rest. Every month after that, except for one, you’ll work further up the shaft and see explosive growth in the areas at rest.

Here is the diagram to explain the different areas you’ll be focusing on with different routines. In order to get a good idea just imagine drawing a line across the middle of your penis and then separating that into quarters. There are five sections: Base, middle, head, and two in between midhead and midbase. For any exercises involving the head you will position your grip slightly above and then pull down until you’re on spot and the head engorges. You may pull a little harder if you seek to lengthen your penis but use caution.

So the first months routine will be MidBase Mondays and Fridays, and Middle on Wednesdays.

-Monday and Friday-

3-5 sets of each:
30 sec MidBase hold
15-20 MidBase to Mid dry jelqs

50-100 wet jelqs/dry jelqs
(as slow as you want)
OR
5 min clamp/pump @ 3-4”hg

-Wednesday-

3-5 sets of each:
30 sec middle hold
15-20 Middle-MidHead dry jelqs

50-100 wet jelqs/dry jelqs
(as slow as you want)
OR
5 min clamp/pump @ 3-4”hg

Keep in mind that this routine is just for four weeks and then will change to another section and a new routine. I do not believe in doing the same thing week after weeks expecting the same results as the beginning, because it’s maddening beating your head against a brick wall. Each month will get a little harder and require less rest in between sets but it’s going to pay off in the end when you see the results I promise. Stronger erections, bigger girth all over, and a mushroom head that makes the ladies say “WOW” before and during blow jobs. Just wait to see what I have in store for those of you looking to radically increase head size, it’s going to be fun and lot less work.

I do something similar while in the shower, 5-10 minutes of dry jelqs, every other day. I’ll hold the base for 10 seconds and do some strong kegels and slowly jelq down the shaft. I use a palm down grip and ride my finger tips along the CS. Sometimes I throw in some stretches (regular and bundled) while I soak Mr. Happy with hot water. I also like to edge for 10-20 minutes per night if I’m not having sex that night.

No clamping or pumping.

It took me a year to go from 7x5.25 to 7.75x5.5, now I’m sitting at 7.75 (maybe a touch more) and 5.7 inches (14.4 cm). I’ve expanded to the extra 0.4 cm in the last 3 weeks or so. If things go as they usually do for me, I’ll measure the same in about a month even without a great boner. As it stands now I get the larger size only with really good wood now.

Less is more, at least for me

I like it! Have been blessed with ample time in the past, but starting next week I will be very limited for time and was worried I’d have a forced de-con break. So this couldn’t have come at a better time for me :) .. Further more, I have always wondered if I was a less is more type of guy, but have never been able to find out (cannot stop myself from PE!!!). Now that I am forced, I think I will try your routine out and see what happens.

Cannot wait to read the head routine. Its a tough one for everyone I think.

There’s two head routines I work with, one is for a lagging head that’s just an easy routine on off days, and the other month long routine that involves high volume low intensity work twice a week and plenty of rest.

I’m glad you like my work! I’ve been experimenting on and off with these ideas since late 2009 and really had to tone it down to get the best results. Oddly enough the guy who used to do 2500 wet jelqs a week PEing for 3 hours a night is now saying “half is whole” and “less is more”.

This 30 sec hold is like clamping but using the hands or is it the stretching?

To clamp or not to clamp

i have been doing these 30 sec holds as well. Feels really good. Hopefully brings a result in a few months time.

Well I’ve completed my second month of my six month program and have some gains to show for it. Check my stats below! There will be about another 1/16” in girth a couple weeks when I heal and eat well with a couple days of abstinence.

Those of you interested in my head girth routine will be happy to know I will be releasing it tomorrow. I have experimented with it enough to feel it’s safe for other guys to follow. It will be something you only perform twice a week which takes about the same amount of time as the other routines.
