What erection level do you use for the holds and the jelqs? How many seconds for each rep? Thanks!

70%-80%

I go by feel on my dry jelqs. I try to make sure I reach failure around my targeted last reps.

So maybe 5-10 seconds for the heavy girth work jelqs.

Hold, 30 seconds at least.

I feel so lost with PE now. Not only is my BEST erection at a 5.75x4.25 (which I don’t get often because of erection issues that’s coming from only God knows where), but I simply don’t know how to jelq, the amount of pressure, etc., given that I have a small penis.

Would this routine be beneficial for length? If so, I’ll just scrap what I’m doing and go full steam ahead and follow this specific routine completely.

This routine is a focused girth routine, not a length routine.

I don’t know how many times I get this question but I keep repeating…..

Newbies go to the Newbie thread and do the Newbie routine first.

Guys looking for either extreme length or girth focus on one or the other for a full year.

These workouts are really great, but I am seriously interested in your length routine.

Just came across this, also interested in the length routine

I mean a steady length gain of 0.125 or .25 a month would be the best.
