I would appreciate any feedback so I can tweak this routine to suit everyone safely and effectively. I will also remind you all that the two routines listed above are just for the first month. You may not see a whole lot of growth after the first four weeks, but the girth gains will stack as you go on and by the sixth month you should have a pretty fat log in far less time than a traditional jelq program. The way I designed this program was for you to work on lagging areas one after another, and then go back to what you were doing before with optional supplemental routines.

I also have another program I am working on designed to increase length OR girth tremendously by NOT doing any pe for a while, only doing a bare minimum light jelqing and stretching routine to maintain blood flow. Then after your penis has adapted you do a daily pe routine for a few a while before repeating the process for 12 weeks. It’s based on the biological response of hyperadaptation after sudden shock in plants and animals.

For those of you seeking length just hold on. I have a few manual stretching programs I’ve been itching to dust off and start again. I got most of my girth with manual stretching alone and now have some new concepts I’ve toyed around with that I’m sure even the vets will find valuable. Till then I have a lot of research and experimenting on biology, geometry, and physics to do.

2) For the motion (“pull down slightly , and then hold for a count to TWENTY!”) is it like a backward jelquing?

3) Can I make this training after a regular newbie routine (5 min stretching, 15-20 min jelquing)?

@capernicus1 - That’s a very good question and one that’s constantly up for debate. I believe PE is the result of constant expansion between chambers in the CC and skin cells. This expansion kept up over time results in new cell growth adapting to higher blood pressure demands.

So I have been doing the normal jelqing routines for a few months now and fell on your thread and switched up to your clamping method. I wanted to ask a few questions. Is bad to do the routine more then 3-4 times a week? I have started a couple days ago and get red bumps while I’m semi erect but they tend to go away. Is it better not to masturbate after a session? Or even during the week that I am doing the routine? And by not jacking off does it help with Premature ejaculation? And last question I was wondering where I could find your post about increasing head girth? Thanks

I wouldn’t recommend this until you’ve done at least six months of ‘The Newbie Routine’ and have conditioned yourself well enough where you can stand higher stress advanced exercises. When you find you’re progress has slowed down to where you need a more advanced routine after six months and you no longer get red bumps so easily, come back to this thread and do this routine as is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with two optional days of the head girth routine for four weeks. The program is six months long with a new routine every month and designed in way so that is helps increase lagging girth along the shaft and head before returning you to a normal jelqing routine.

Finally had a chance to really sit down and read through this thread and it is definitely something I may start experimenting starting next week strictly for girth purposes. I have found what works for me as far as length is concerned, but unfortunately girth has not progressed as far as I would have hoped.

Can I get some clarification on the wet jelq portion? If I am working on midbase to midhead for the dry jelqs, does that mean that the wet jelqs are also only midbase to midhead? The way that it is stated comes off as if they will be full jelqs instead of targeting certain areas. Just want to make sure I am doing it correctly.

I recommend 50-100 MidBase to Head wet jelqs for the first month. Personally I prefer to use my pump for one or two 5-minute intervals at 3-3.5”hg until I feel a slight dull ache after this routine. Anything over 5-10 minutes with the pump after this routine always kills my good EQ the next day. The first month doesn’t matter much, you could alternate between wet jelqs, clamping, and pumping if you want.

Next month for the Mid-to-Midhead and Midhead-to-Head I’ll introduce the double wet jelq method which makes a really great finisher. If you’re an old school equipment free kind of guy (limited or by choice) you can look forward to some different jelqing methods I’ve come up with over the years that you can take with you after you’ve completed the six month routine.

BTW be sure to give feedback as soon as you complete your first week letting me know if this routine is too much or not enough. I can always increase rest days and add in special massage techniques to help with healing, maybe have some sort of deload period after a few months.

Has anyone used my program that want’s to share? I would really appreciate any results you have had bad or good.

If anyone is interested, I will be updating my program later this week with the next two months in advance. The head only month still needs a little tweaking, but I should have everything posted before August.

If everything goes accordingly I will complete my second run of this 6 month program and have rested measurements by Halloween. After that, I will do a six month “nothing but head girth!” program and experiment with topical chempe.

Well I am only on week 2 so it is too soon to tell if there are any solid growth results yet but I can comment on other things I guess.

-This is the first routine to give me a “soreness” feeling after the routine is done. Over the years, plenty of members have stated that this can be translated as a precursor to growth so hopefully it is the same for me.

-Definitely have a better flaccid hang afterwards as well. This is not something that I have really experienced over time so it is definitely a nice change of pace. Veins are definitely more prominent as well.

Overall I can say I am on the right path and hopefully I will be saying that later down the road as well. One issue I have is properly doing the dry jelqs. How are you supposed to do them without gripping the skin? I have no prior experience with them (only wet jelqs). It seems like if I have a proper grip then my hand cannot move along the shaft but if I use a looser grip then I feel like I am not nearly doing enough to promote any growth.

Sorry if I am misinterpreting the routine, but isn’t this kind of a “less is more” routine that is safe for beginners? I understand those brand new to PE should do the newbie routine no matter what, but after that this is pretty benign stuff, right? (except for the clamping)

I actually took a long while off of PE (nearly a year) and would like to get back into it, but not sure the Newbie Routine is worth doing again. Girth has always been hard for me to gain and I’m still trying to find out what works for my body— this routine is something I really want to check out!

@skeebo - Are you trying to do dry jelqs like wet jelqs? They are two completely different exercises. Dry jelqs involve gripping a semi-hard 60-80% erection with one hand and jelqing using the shifting skin alone. The dry jelqs I recommend here are the same EXCEPT you grip tighter and the movement is only about an inch. Take a look at this video if you need help. Dry Jelq Video
Do your dry jelqs with a palm down thumb towards your pubic bone grip (rodeo style). If you find your getting excess red spots you can use a tiny bit of lotion or lube and rub it in before you start. A thicker water based (anal) lube seems to make dry jelqs easier because it gets so sticky.

@4thewind - Try it out and see how you feel the day after the first session. If it’s too much you may have to retain yourself with something similar like the newbie routine to strengthen blood vessels first. I’ve been asked by a few newbies about this program and I feel bad about turning any eager PE’er away. Which is why I’m going to develop a 4 week newbie routine for this program that trains you for 30 second holds and dry jelqs. Something for the first week like one 10 second hold and then 10 dry jelqs at each of the 5 points along the shaft, then 150 full wet jelqs. Each week after that the holds and dry jelqs would increase by 5 and the wet jelqs would decrease by 25. That should be enough to get any newbie ready.

Oh ok well based on that description I am doing them correctly. I have never done them before so I didn’t know if I was supposed to be moving along the shaft or not. Also my skin is a little darker so I can never tell if I get any spots or not lol.

I have never done PE seriously until about 2 weeks ago. Starting at a little over 6” BPEL I was somewhat comfortable with being “average” but the fact the rest of my shaft was thicker than the spot right behind my head bothered me. I’m about 10 days into this (4 on 1 off 4 on 1 off 2 on.) and I believe I have already started to see gains in my EG up near my head (possibly up to 1/4”). I have been focusing on the end near my head to try and lessen the “taper”. Thanks for this routine!

TGD I meant to ask you about the rational for the workout being limited to 20mins or less.

Did you come up with this time frame from experience or is there an underlying physiological reason such as optimising a peak or hormone levels maybe ?

@skiluigi4868 - I strongly urge you to perform the newbie routine before you do this program or else you could seriously hurt yourself. And that goes for all newbies who want to try this out. NEWBIE ROUTINE is your friend. Come back in 90 days when you’ve gotten used to jelqing and the beginning exercises. When you do that and decide to come back you need to follow my directions on this very very very precisely or you could seriously hurt yourself. I’ve taken a few years to put this together and the sets/reps that won’t cause you to ejaculate blood after a session.

ONCE AGAIN NO NEWBIES SHOULD DO THIS ROUTINE!

@capernicus1 - Like a lot of guys her I first started out doing pe for about an hour and found over time I was too worn out to get an erection for the rest of the day. When I was in the Navy I had a hard time doing all the wet jelqs so I switched to a lesser dry jelq routine before I hit the rack at night. Although it was still too much for myself and my ex wife complained about my low eq, so I scaled it back until finally I cut my sessions in half and used sex for edging as a finisher. After a lot of trial and error I found that less that 20 (really 30 min) allowed me to have better erections after my sessions with less inflammation and pain.

The basis of my dry jelq routine is that inflammation makes wet jelqs more challenging and takes away the work load with improper form. So I use partial dry jelqs then wet jelqs to work more of the penis with less pressure over time. Any bruises I’ve gotten with this program have dissipated quickly because I’m only going over that area a limited number of times. No deep purple thumbprint bruises or polka dot red spots like endless wet jelqs gave me.
