Hello guys, it sure has been a while. Anyway.. I have a question , I have not been too steady lately, but I want to get on a quest for length. I am now 5.8 EG.
Has anyone gained good with such girth? I want to get to 8.6 BP or not BP .. I dont care..

Would hanging be a good choice?

Make a homemade one and see if you like it first, I’d hate for you to buy a hanger to find out it’s not for you.

Hi hooker, I’m in a similar situation, trying to break the hoodoo that is gaining length after gaining girth. I’m attempting this with manual stretching only. Early indications are good - I’ll measure in 3 months or so to see if it goes anywhere..:)

Hanging is excellent. The trick is to COAX length gains…not force it.

I think vacuum hanging is the most convient method.

I recommend to start no higher than 5 lbs. If you get alot of shrinkage (turtling) that lasts more than a few hours…decrease wt.

If you don’t get EXCESSIVE contraction, it is a good place to start.

Measure bpfl daily and see if you are gaining, if not increase by one lb a week until gains start.

Once gain starts…STICK WITH THAT WEIGHT until gains slow or stop.

At that point you could move up a lb at a time for a couple lbs, a lb at a time.

If a couple lb increase begin to NOT WORK, then I think you will benefit much more with a deconditioning break, drop the wt and climb the ladder again.

I think that going over 15 lbs is a mistake for most…that seems to be where most start to really get a toughening reaction.

Girth will not be an inhibiting element to length gains. Most people have found small decreases in girth as length is enhanced due to elongation characteristics along the x-axis. If you examine your extensibility at the base and response of your inner penis to extension you can predict your growth potential (length) with a good stretching or hanging routine. Hanging is the most fun and addictive aspect of PE, in this practitioners experience.

I don’t think girth inhibits length gains. Forget about your girth.

Sparkyx’s hanging advice is excellent.

Make yourself a captains wench and see if you like hanging it’s a great way to get length. I love the captains wench and it cost 10 bucks to make two.

I agree that larger girth doesn’t limit one’s length gains, except inasmuch as I think all penile tissue growth is volume rate defined (and limited). IOW, I think there’s a maximum rate of volume growth that is biochemically achievable. As such, length gains are made at the expense of girth gains and vise-versa. But more significantly, as one’s girth increases, the percentage of any given volume of growth will be expressed as less of a length gain as girth increases.

IOW, the more meat one’s got to move, the more work it takes to move that meat and therefore, the harder it is to move that meat enough to make it into more meat.

Of note is that both Shilow and Shivers have said as much, albeit in different ways.
