Length gains in a year?

Assuming you have a year (or nearly a year) of PE experience, how much have you gained in a full year? If you have several years to choose from please use the best year’s gain.

My first year I went from 5 1/8 to 5 3/4 nbpel which would put me in the .5-.6 catagory, but the 2 following years have gained nothing.

Like you I’m looking at a half inch gain in the first year. I was hoping that since the gains were fairly slow I could keep them going for a year or two. But its a bit worrying seeing that yours stopped.

How do you keep yourself motivated for so long (two years!) when you aren’t seeing any gains?

Gained .85” EL* during the my first PE year (just two weeks ago I went into my second PE year). It’s been a lot of work, many sets of hanging, but I’m happy with what I’ve got to show for it. PE has been good 2004.

*) BPEL specifically, though it doesn’t matter which since my padding is the same now as it was a year ago.

Man, you have to be more specific becasue I wan’t to give you the answer most consistent with everyone elses way of measuring. Do you want BPEL or EL?

I think absolute max is probably not much more than 1.5” in a first year if you did everything perfect. I gained only 0.5” in my first year, but then it wasn’t a resolute attempt. By that I don’t mean that more is better, only that the right amount of intensity and the right amount of interval and optimal environment.

I also estimated that about 2000 lb/hours would be needed for 1” stretching (@<8lb). People scoffed, and it was indeed the case that I was proven wrong. Some have made it in 1600 hours, but the majority need more, so it seems that putting numbers on things is a very precocious activity.

Increases in my BPEL:

Year 1: 1.31”
Year 2: .19”
Year 3: .25”

This doesn’t reflect what I could have gained in 3 years had I not done minimal PE for a good portion of the time, spun my wheels experimenting with ineffective routines, taken periods away from length exercises entirely (girth only), etc.

This year’s 1/4” came from 2 months of hanging. I planned on doing several more 2-3 month bouts with 4-6 weeks off in between. A long-lasting vein problem scrapped that idea. :( I’m sure I would have gained more.

First year - one inch,

next ten months of on and off - zero.

1st year 2.185 inches

Total length gain 2.25 inches for 4 years work, the first inch came the first year.

This forum is part of my motivation. I almost convince myself that the whole idea is a lie, but there can’t be so many people claiming good gains and all of them lying.
I also stay motivated by convincing myself that the problem is just that I don’t try hard enough.
Thirdly, I keep going because I enjoy it, even with my crappy gains. It is quality time with my dick.

Hmmm… I’ll say 3/4 inch, over the first year, but 1/4” came overnight (literally) when I started doing manual stretches (right at the start). Realistically I’m 1” longer.
