Have gained half inch in 12 weeks of manual stretching.
I and now 6 and half in length.
I stretch every day for 20 min: 3 minutes straight ahead with one hand, then switch hands for another 3 minutes. Gently massage penis for a min (important!). Repeat two more time for a total of 18min, and finishing with 1min hold to right and 1min to left.
Be sure to be ‘Completely flacid’.
I don’t warm up. And do not jelq as yet; want to get to 8 inches length before start to jelq by end of year.
