I really want to get some serious length training going. It’s just that I don’t know hot long or how often. I use the A-stretch now, every day, but only for about 30 seconds. This isn’t enough…is it? I more or less use it as a warmup for jelqing. I have no real chance to hang, so it has to be something manual.

All tips and help greatly appreciated!


Stretch, Stretch, and stretch some more. Do it 3 to 4 times a day for 20 to 30 mins a time everyday. Start off your sessions with a warm up, the go into the stretches, work the intensity level up with each stretch, your last stretches should be your most intense. Yep you gotta do A-stretches way longer than 30 seconds. Concentrate on the feelings you are experiencing in your ligs, and the rest of the penis. Work your way up to a good burning sensation, just like you get when you stretch your muscles. Its not painful at all it feels good to me and also lets me know my exercises are doing what they are supposed to do. Pick a couple of stretches you like and pull like a mad man. Check your LOT too, this will be helpful in giving you an idea what type of stretching you should focus on.
