Length frequence and training time?
Keep up the good work.
I really want to get some serious length training going. It’s just that I don’t know hot long or how often. I use the A-stretch now, every day, but only for about 30 seconds. This isn’t enough…is it? I more or less use it as a warmup for jelqing. I have no real chance to hang, so it has to be something manual.
All tips and help greatly appreciated!
