Length and girth work demand different amount of rest

I just wonder if I could do stretching like 6 days a week and girth exercises only every other day. This is because I’ve heard that if I want to gain girth I need to give my dick some time to heal. But does this healing time include no stretching?


Before PE: NBPEL 5.50" x EG 4.30"

Current: NBPEL 6.50" (BPEL 7.5") x EG 4.6" (head EG 5")

Goal: NBPEL 7.00" x EG 5.25"

I’m interested in this as well. What do most members feel the ideal girth routine schedule should be?

Ideally, yes. No stretching.

You can stretch everyday, but give your dick rest after girth days.

I’d suggest Stretching 7 days a week, like myself, and work girth on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Don’t overdo it.

I do girth work almost everyday, as long as you don’t go so hardcore to the point of pain or soreness, I think you can keep building on the previous days expanded tissues just like stretching/hanging.

Since a week of 2, I replaced my stretch - wetjelq routine to a hanging - clamp (with bending) routine. I notice the same thing what dobbelbock told us about the higher tissue damage with girth exercises compared with length exercises.

If we look at the girth increase of xlmagnum in just 7 months, his advise sounds reasonable

I think that XL has a good point and is obviously worth listening too. But girth doesn’t necessarily need rest. There have been many members who have had great success with girth that incorporated no rest days into their routine. Look at Redwood, his girth is incredible. Another person, who I’d like to know more about, is Giovanni. Check out his stats. He’s gained more in such a short time than any one I’ve seen before. Apparently he does a full workout 6 days a week. I guess in the end it’s whatever suits you best, trial and error.

But….if stretching don’t needs the rest, why common ADS (like PM) are usually worn 5 days on week?

I’m still learning to PEing correctly (still a newbie :) ) I’ve many ideas and my opinions but probably far from the truth sometimes :D

I think for newbies, rest days are very important, I did them for my first 7-8 months. If you have hardcore PE sessions they’re a must, but for me, I keep it light and then do it everyday. My rest day is Sunday normally, but if I have sex on Sunday then I PE too, to make sure I’ve got that extra expansion again.

I know that my dick(veins) couldn’t handle girth work anymore than 2 days in a row. So I can’t go to a 6-7 days a week girth routine. Although I think it would be the most effective one if you can handle it. The thing is, as I see it, your dick must have time to rest after girth exercise. Some dicks doesn’t need rest more than 12h some requires like 2 days (like I did some time ago).

The point is, I think I’m gonna do my girth exercises as often as I can (now it’s 1on1off if I want to recover fully).

I suppose it depends on how hard you are working. I make sure I stretch at least 6 days a week, an do girth work 3-4 times a week. I do this though because after 30 mins my dick seems to lose interest, therefore I see no point in trying to force it to work harder than necessary.
