I did the newbie routine for a couple of months and didn’t start any intense workouts until I was truly ready. Right now what I feel I need is girth. It’s working well so far.. clamping, jelqing, and uli’s combined (to the point where it’s still safe but I don’t under do it) have worked very well over the last week or so.

Right now I’m almost 8” BPEL and only 5.25” in EG. I feel my penis might appear to be a lot bigger if I gained maybe .75” in girth. But later in my PE career I might decide I want some extra length.

I know the theory that you have to work on length before girth. I also know that with any theory, some agree and some do not. Is there anybody with similar experiences who have gained a lot of girth from clamping - or anything else - and later on had success with length gains?

TG, you have plenty of length already. Many people gain a little length from clamping, jelqing etc. while working primarily for girth, so if I were you I would just get on with the girth work and expect a little length to come along with it.

If you get up to 5.75” + of girth and still want some more length, it really wouldn’t matter if it took you 15% longer to get the extra length, because you would already have a large dick.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
