Leg positioning to affect PE efficacy
Most of us are able to feel the difference between stretches made depending on the relationship between the legs and torso. This is essentially mimicking different angles of stretch. Sitting stretching SO is not the same as standing stretching SO.
I have also found this to be true for jelqing. You are able to trap more or less blood by changing your body position.
I have also noticed that the position of my legs also has an effect on my stretch. Experiment for yourself, but I have found that a “frog like” positioning, at any angle, to help with my stretches. This may be user specific, but it has helped me.
