Hey guys, I can’t seem to muster the motivation to do PE anymore. I really want a bigger dick than I have but I keep putting off PE for later. I will plan to do PE the next day or later that day but that time never comes because I end up not finding the motivation to do it. Just thinking of doing PE makes me feel tired. I don’t do PE consistantly enough to make gains. I will do it one day and not the next. I need some ways to get me consistantly motivated and in the mood for doing PE each day. It doesn’t help that I suffer from depression. Infact it is probably the main cause of my lack in motivation. I need some tools to increase my motivation for doing regular PE. I just need something to give me that push so that I can get back into the habit of doing PE and then, hopefully, it will become ingrained in my lifestyle. Thanks for your advice.

You need to find the “fun” back into PE. When something that is supposed to be fun starts to feel like work, then this can happen.

Maybe you need to look at your routine and cut some time off it. Nobody has to make PE a 3 hour event each day. I only do it 30 minutes in the morning and sometimes when I can at night.

Plus, be realistic about your gains. Are you looking to be the next John Holmes? Accept the gains that you have made as good progress. Instead of looking at the whole PE package, pick something for you that will work. Some days I feel like stretching. Some days I just pump. Some days I just Jelq. There is no “right” way to do this because we all have different needs and end results.

Your dick is going to be with you till you die. Don’t feel like you have to rush this stuff.

Buddy is right. You will want to do it if you enjoy it. Don’t worry or feel guilty about not doing it but change your routines and build them up over time and feel good about what you are doing.

Maybe keeping a good log/diary will motivate you. I know it helps me.

You don’t have to be in the mood to do PE, you just have to do it whether you like it or not. Thats how you become consistent, because their will be days that you love doing PE, and other days when you’re just not up for it, but by the end of the day, it needs to be done.

Deal with this problem first, maybe when your depression is dealt with, you will have a clearer mind for consistent PE.

I often get like this, so I might have to take on the idea of making it fun again too. The problemI have is that when I say I’ll doit later, I really do mean it, its just that I’m back living in uni accomodation this term, which I thought would be great for privacy from parents, but its not. There’s less privacy because my gf is always here and my mates always want to do stuff! Thats all great, I love all that, but in my spare time I have to do work. Like right now I’m writing on this forum 1 minute, but then going back the next to do an essay until I get stuck for thought again. Maybe I should make a hanger, or buy a pump for times like this, so I don’t need to have my hands free from typing! :D

Anyway, I agree with Dino that its mainly about getting back into the rhythm. I’m fine when I have a consistent time to do PE, which is kind of why I have the problem now. I also think, Gottagrow, that if you ever get a spare minute when you are on your own, and you happen to be thinking about PE but just aren’t motivated enough to do it, that you should come here and read some posts. That’ll soon motivate you to keep jelqing until you’ve grown a whole metre in one afternoon! It works with me, the only trouble is, as I said above, I’m often interrupted just before I reach that meter target! :p

I am also lacking in motivation like you nowadays. For me its reason is cold weather.

Also I broke warming up ( I used hot wash cloth) and wet jelq. Because when you wet its soo cold. I think when spring comes, PE will be a fun to me again.

School and your friends are important also, I remember when I started hanging I became mole man and never went out I blew off my friends and chicks just so I could hang. It’s really hard to get a balance especially while hanging.
While your in school at least try for small sessions at least 4-5 days a week but if you have the privacy to hang while doing your school work that’s a wonderful thing almost has good as some of the guys that can hang during work, getting paid to PE now that’s cool.
