DLD recommends using the A-Stretch in conjunction with his Blaster Twists to achieve a really intense lig stretch. The A-stretch looks great in principle, and I’m sure it also works great in practice if you can pull it off. For those of you that find the A-Stretch a bit awkward, you might want to try this:
-Standing up, raise one leg and rest your foot on the edge of a bed or table.
-Bend your torso toward your raised leg.
-Grab the head of your penis with the hand on the same side of your body as the unraised leg using an underhand grip (palm against back of penis).
-Thread your other hand under the raised leg and grab the base of your penis with and overhand grip (palm against top of penis).
-Pull the head of your penis forward while straightening your torso and lowering your leg to exert opposing pressure on the wrist of the hand gripping your base.
It takes a LOT of pressure to give me sore ligs, but using this stretch with Twisted Blasters finally managed to do the trick.
