Knowing whether you are limited by Dorsal Thickening/Septum

Anyway I think it’s agood idea to heat up tissue to reach a certain amount of expansion for example with hanging and then apply a cool down while staying in the extended state for example with an extender.

I believe that I read that study as well. Tried sticking my dick in ice water after a PE session to try it out. It was not pleasant.

I don’t believe there is any connection between the two.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Uuuh

Better use an ice pack. I warm up with a hot pack that I wrap around my dick. Then I apply it while using the extender to get more stretch. Once I have a stretch that I like I hold that for the time I like and at some point I cool down while in the extender. Well, all with common sense to not get hurt.

The septum is the divider between the CC’s. It is tough and fibrous tissues. When the penis is pulled tight it simply feels like a chord. Its obvious that without this chord or if the cord was longer so would the erect penis….

I noticed for the past 2 days following Tweaking’s advice of using continuous heat and hanging with a fulcrum (PVC pipe in my case), my post PE BPFSL has increased somewhat by 0.3cm. I am also putting it in my extender for at least half an hour after to let it cool down. (Thanks to Firegoat too for the heating advice)

I did not notice any increase while I was doing a routine of manual stretches using heat, or using an extender solely for more than 3 months clocking in at least 4 hours a day and 10-14 hours on weekends.

Hope it works out for me this time.

Using an extender and having some pipe or thick pencil between the stretched dick and the bars moving horizontal back and forth does relax that part too.

This sounds perfect. Put some heat on it too.

Nice to know, good post. Question from a noob.. What is a dorsal thickining? I do feel the steel rod thing in the middle of my penis which feels like it’s limiting me from stretching it any further. I understand that part of it but is the dorsal the same thing?

Dorsal simply means top. We don’t still don’t actually know exactly what it is, but it might be the septum, which is an area where the two CC chambers join that runs along the top of the penis.

It is mentioned that cooling after stretching with heat is key.

Could I just find out whether any temporary increase in BPFSL is to be expected immediately after stretching?

I would never expect to see an increase in size after any given workout because the increase is too small to measure, but it’s not impossible.
