I have this cord, but it’s thinnest in the middle. At the base and below the glans it’s much thicker. This is probably due to me doing “mement’s rapid gain mechanism” which is :
“This stretch is the dogs bollocks* imo.

The way I used it was with the aid of pot of E45 cream eventually after trying some alternate* cylinders. An E45 cream pot is a cylinder approx 2.5” (6cm) in diameter and 2.5” (6cm) long. These dimensions are perfect for placement between the legs whilst sitting.

Pushing the pot close up to the balls, and stretching the penis over it and over the edge of the chair allows a straight arm stretch to be performed with immense power, effectively using the shoulder and the body to power the stretch rather than the arm. With a good grip, it is possible to hold this stretch for long periods and I found 3 minutes worked well, stopping to regain circulation before reapplying.

It’s just as important when doing a stretch like this to relax into the stretch. It’s strange but when you snatch a stretch it seems much less effective, if you gradually turn on the power you can stretch that bit further and really feel it.

This is like hanging heavy weights without using a hanger and this stretch should really impact on the septum.”

I’ve done this routine for about a year now and I’ve put the cylinder in the middle of my penis every time. I think that’s why the cord is thinnest in the middle. After reading this thread I’ve decided to start putting the cylinder right below the glans.

Do you guys have any noticeable gains directly after your routines? For example, immediately after hanging do you have any measurable length increases?

How many 3 minute holds do you do in a session, how many sessions per day/week, and more importantly have you made any gains?

I wonder this too. all the special methods, for example the steady sustainable lengthening andeverything else you can read about here, is it of any help for people like uswho have gained somethingandthe cord is limiting us to have further length gains? is the only opportunity for us to fulcrum stetch and do this hard and as longas possible (watching fatigue etc. of course)
with what routine do you have the best post workout bpfsl increase? how long should a stretch session take?

Do this routine for 20 minutes which means you’d do the hold about 7 times, 3 minutes each hold, switching hands each time. 5 days on 2 days off, doing the 20 minute routine sometimes twice per day just as a shock. I haven’t really measured since I started a year ago, so I don’t know if I gained. If you search “Mementos Rapid Gain Mechanism” you’ll see that alot people gave it good feedback.

I think this routine relates alot to what this thread is about.

When I am flaccid I can feel the “cord”. It extends all the way from the pubis bone to the meatus, on the dorsal side.

The only solace I take, is that with such a durable buck’s fascia our penises are capable of taking more PE abuse.

Personally, I have had success with wet jelqs 100-200 at a time @ ~50% erect. This never impacted my EQ at all (see what I mean about durable).

IIRC I had about .5” length gain, but I never cemented it.

I am currently back just slightly longer than I was pre -PE — I am starting again and will post progress. I am going to post a set of starting pics.

Alright, I’ve been fulcrum hanging for about 2 weeks now. I’m getting serious now, trying to do about 20-30min in the morning, 30min at lunch and then at least 60min at night.

I have been using a 3/4” PVC pipe…do you guys think it’s better to use a wider pipe that targets more/entire shaft or go with smaller diameter fulcrum and more potently affect a specific area?

as long as you reach fatigue i would go with the wider pipe. however if you have to use a very high weight to reach fatigue I would chose a smaller diameter

Regarding this cord. I can feel it when I SU stretch, in the middle, but when I stretch SD or SO I don’t feel it, so guys try to do some SU stretching and see if you got it in the middle.

This “cord” isn’t limiting any gains, and everyone has to deal with it.

The length of the “cord” is what limits how far you can currently stretch your penis, for everyone, and it’s length is increased with PE.

The only reason some people say that they don’t feel the cord is because they have a straight-pointing penis, but they aren’t any better off than anyone else, and everyone can gain the same amount.
