I have read that you should kegel here and there.
I have read that you should kegel only once or twice a week.

How many days out of the week should you kegel?
How many days do your BC or PCs or whatever need to rest to recover?

Whether you know it or not, you kegel every day right now. At the end of every piss you take you do a couple of kegels to squeeze out that last drop. You can do them every day. Work up to a couple of hundred or more a day.

I do them every other day for approx. 45 minutes each session. I found this to work best because when I try 2 days in a row I do not get a good workout.

I was so disappointed to find out it was a legitimate question. *Sigh*

I read that if you Kegel too much it would effect erections.. I don’t know about this, but I think it’s like more than 5 minutes is dangerous - they reckon. They say it could effect circulation to the penis..
I do it about 10-15 minutes mind you every day, and I haven’t felt nothin different. Or for now I haven’t..

They say girls should do it for a couple of minutes too, 2-3 minutes or so.. But yet again, these guys also say that PE or Jelqing doesn’t work.. Whats up with these dis-believers?

You just need to start doing them easy. Not too many reps. Start with maybe 20/day then add 5 more or so each day. Soon you can get up to hundreds.

If your partner is good at them, it creates a very nice sensation for you during sex.

Dunno about the disbelievers. Don’t hang out with them.

Back in October I would do about 4600 kegels a week. I never noticed any negative effects, however I mixed them up between quick sqeezes and holding the squeeze. I never hold for longer than 5-7 seconds though. And I do low reps when I’m holding it; more reps when I’m just doing quick sqeezes. I’ve since scaled down to about 400 a day—150 quick squeezes and 50 holding the sqeeze.

I just started doing them again regularly and when I had sex tonight, I came way to fast. It was like whenever I’d put my dick in her I’d automatically kegal and it made me want to ejaculate. (I’m pissed, in the last like 5 weeks I’ve only ejaculated once, and every time I’d have sex with my girl I’d make her cum and I would stop before I came now I do it twice tonight?) I don’t think I’ll be doing many of them, probably just stick to when I’m clamped and am kegaling in blood.

Anyone else experience this? Maybe it’s just if you over do them.
