kegeling during bruiser 180s

anyone else do this, it feels like im really working it but i dont know if it is safe or not?

You are the first person I’ve seen that is doing these. Are you having any success and or gains with them? How are you doing them?

I think kegeling during most moves makes the move more effective as you’re increasing the blood flow/volume…

I’ve only been PEing since August, I’ve gained about 1/2 inch in length and 1/4 inch in girth, i just started doing the kegeling+bruisers a week ago, if theyre not hurting me they have to be doing something

im doing the normal bruisers at 80%, i flip it to the left and do 30 kegels for 1 second each then a hold till failure, then to the right, left, and back to the right
