hey guys,

I’ve been thinking about kegels (which I perform almost every day) -

Kegels target the PC/BC muscles right? - well, working a muscle usually makes them shorter, bulkier and less stretchy right? does this happen to the pc/bc muscles then? if it does, isnt this counterproductive to achieving a bigger unit?

That can happen when you exercise muscles using resistance or weights. The Kegel exercise conditions the muscle without making it grow because you aren’t using resistance.

The primary length factor for your cock are the ligaments. The PC/BC muscle is internal only and does not extend into the shaft.
