Kegel before stretching

Has anyone experimented with extended kegeling prior to a stretching routine? I kegleled for a good half hour on the way to work today and then did my brief stretching routine. I noticed a significantly greater feeling of actually pulling on a ligament then I have ever felt. Is this Pre-fatiguing the ligament possible so that it is more likely to respond to stretching? Previously, I have kegeled for 5-10 minutes every other day just for general penile health and to maintain a good shooting distance.

Has anyone had experience with this and has feedback that it gets better gains? Thank you for your time.
