I have seen guys complain they hate kegels. I, along with many other members feel they are probably the most neglected area of penile health. IMO, kegels and jelqing are the foundations of a successful PE program.

Kegels can be done anywhere, you can rip off 50 kegels while talking to your boss, mother, etc. They are the supreme method of covert PE. My problem is I like to see the cock bounce with them, they don’t feel that important to do flaccid so I forget about them.

My solution:
I recently dug out the trusty hose clamp and have been doing some X-uli’s(not for newbies). The one thing for sure is that if I am not intensely kegeling with some reverses too, the process seems worthless. This has forced me to do strong kegels and with proper form and I can see the efficiency of each kegel.

I know this is probably old news to all the clampers, but thought I would share this anyhow. I don’t see how anyone can cable clamp or hose clamp without doing an incredible amount of quality kegels, they seem unavoidable.

Any thoughts or tips?

I agree with ya, Mr. Nine. I feel kind of fortunate that I’ve been doing kegels since I was a kid. I don’t know why, I guess I liked the way they made my dick bounce, too. When I found Thunder’s place, the kegels were the easiest thing for me to get used to doing regularly. Mrs. P. likes the feel when I kegel when I’m inside her.

Kegels have helped me gain a stronger erection. I only do them when I can feel blood pumping into my penis, otherwise you only really feel it in your taint area, it’s the “leviator ani” muscle. It gets sore pretty easily but seems to cause no positive results relating to PE. When I’m driving, I often feel that the blood pumps more into the penis, but I’m not sure why.

When I masturbate I pretty much hold one long hard kegel the entire time. Anyone else do this?

I started doing it before I knew what a Kegel was. I found it got me to climax faster and felt better. Then I found out about using Kegels to hold back climax… so it was kind of weird masturbating and not kegelling, and using it to do the oppposite thing. But I did find it quite easy to do.

Kegels got a bad rep with me when my first wife went through natural child bearing class, but later I found out how great they are for guys. Then I figured out that you kegel when thrusting, and that adds a lot to the whole sensation when you are screwing instead of whacking it just laying there. From there, it goes on: if you really work those muscles and breathing, you can get a nerve rush up your spine that is similar to ejaculation, and never touch anything. It took me a million kegels to figure this out, but anyway, to the point: I think they are critical to my growth and especially enjoyment of PE exercises.

Besides, as Mr. Nine says, you can do them anywhere and it’s a good way to distract your mind when someone is boring, abusive, or whatever on the phone or in person. Nothing can screw up a complainer if you get a big smile while they are chewing away.

Yeah, I’m almost always holding a long kegel when masturbating. When having sex, I’m always holding like 30 second kegels just because I always like my dick to be extra-engorged. In fact I think I just hold one big kegel when I’m having sex, with just a few little seconds of rest here and there.

Strong Kegels are the base for multiple orgasms, and more strength equals stronger rushes. For those new to ‘multiples’, multiple orgasm is not multiple ejaculation. I don’t know anyway to get that going, but one of my college girlfriends left me for a guy who could.

There are some breathing techniques that keep you edged but not going over; try Googling “Jack Johnston multiples’, or get a book called “Extended Male Orgasm’. You can get all the rushes and bucks of a great orgasm, but strong kegels and concentration are what keep you from blasting off.

To see how it feels more quickly, get edged, back off until flaccid, then edge again. Do this about 4 or 5 times, and then you will be so sensitive that a slight shake will give you that good old familiar feeling of a zillion volts running from your testicles to your meatus. If you shake more than a few times, watch out for the fallout, because it’ll be raining sticky.

Johnston’s techniques are really easy to master, but ‘The Big Draw’ described in the EMO book gives you the post-well-f**cked feeling that gives you peace.for a while.

Anyway, unlike lots of sports practice, this is all fun. After all, if you fail to hold back ejaculation, you can try again later ( or sooner ).

That is what puts me off kegeling. While it’s a useful exercise, it’s not permanent in the same way as gains are because it is a muscle, not tissue. Or am I wrong?
