I have seen guys complain they hate kegels. I, along with many other members feel they are probably the most neglected area of penile health. IMO, kegels and jelqing are the foundations of a successful PE program.
Kegels can be done anywhere, you can rip off 50 kegels while talking to your boss, mother, etc. They are the supreme method of covert PE. My problem is I like to see the cock bounce with them, they don’t feel that important to do flaccid so I forget about them.
I recently dug out the trusty hose clamp and have been doing some X-uli’s(not for newbies). The one thing for sure is that if I am not intensely kegeling with some reverses too, the process seems worthless. This has forced me to do strong kegels and with proper form and I can see the efficiency of each kegel.
I know this is probably old news to all the clampers, but thought I would share this anyhow. I don’t see how anyone can cable clamp or hose clamp without doing an incredible amount of quality kegels, they seem unavoidable.
Any thoughts or tips?
