I would go with the “never let it turtle” approach. I think the concept of “accumulative strain” is very important for stretching ligaments/connective tissues.

I guess it all depends on how you think PE works. From a plastic deformation stand point (stretching ligaments/connective tissues) it doesn’t make much sense to me to take days off while you’re in a training period, it would even be counter-productive. However, I think long decon breaks is good after you’re done with a training period.

Of course, maybe the stresses from PE causes some kind of biochemical response and the body itself responds by making the penis bigger. In that case, I’m not so sure, maybe less really is more. :)

I firmly believe in the “never let it turtle.” Didn’t get any real gains until I started using an ADS.

I think this is the real key -A combination approach. Keeping the tissues lightly extended through periods of recovery.

That is, beyond it’s normal resting length but not under great tension. The stress should be MUCH LESS than generated

during a normal workout session.

Individual recoverability.

Recoverability is an underlying issue in ANY progressive systematic approach whether it is pe or weight lifting.

You just cannot state that low continual stress is the BEST route for everyone in a practical setting.

I just wanted to make clear that muscle and dick are very different.

Personally, I am convinced that low and continuous stress should be best, from a theoretical standpoint at least. But I like higher stress exercises which are successful as well.

In the past I worked every day for about 6 months and gained almost an inch in length. I have noticed recently that my dick is becoming less responsive, tough and my BPEL shorter than prior measurements. I feel this negative growth or “turtle” was due to Over work and ADSing.

I am now backing off and working rest days in on a regular basis. One on one off for a while.

I made an ADS based on BTC concept and felt like it had a negative effect. I also felt like the stretching of the skin made orgasm more difficult. I am doing hanging and trying to tighten up my waist so my internal organs will prevent turtling and am wearing boxers or boxer briefs with a hole cut in them.

I feel like I’m hanging better right now at least. Had a problem with turtling too much I think.

I didn’t say or mean that. I said: ”Good results are obtained in medical application by continuous, rather low stress (when it comes to ligament stretching, which compares well to tunica and dick ligs, which are the limiting factor in pe, as most would probably agree.”

Deconditioning breaks, days off or, as a general rule: changes of your routine - see the ‘peter dick method’) are always your best bet if progress halts.
