Hi there, I made an excel-sheet for you to use.
It’s very easy to use and you can type in almost every measurement.
Feel free to use and share.
I’ve included some instructions.

Important: If you only measure your girth at one place, use this measurement in both EG base and EG mid. Otherwise the volume will be calculated wrong if one box is empty…

I’ve done it on my mac. Don’t know how it looks on windows. If there are any problems let me know.

How do I make the graphs go up to 24 months?


Started: NBPEL 5.5 == EG: 5

Current: NBPEL 7.5 == EG: 6

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

Not going to use it myself because I don’t get much time on here.

But a very very nice thing to do for your fellow PE-ers, thank you :)


Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

Just put in rows to cover 24 months.
Then when you’re in the grapgh, right cklick and choose “data source” and choose the data for 24 months.
You also need to prolong the trendline.

My mac just died after I uploaded the sheet. If I get it to work again I can fix a 24-months verion for you.

It’s running fine again. I think that there are a glitch in my magesafe and because of that I couldn’t start the computer.

Dude if there’s a glitch in your Magsafe get that replaced ASAP before you leave it plugged in unatttended and it burns down your house or something. If you’re still in your first year, let them know and they’ll replace it for free. They did that for me for something not even severe…

Discovered that there is a fault in the sheet.
When calculating the volume gains you’ll get an error if not all boxes have data.
For exemple 10 jan 2010 is empty (yet..) Therefore the volume will calculated to 0. So the minimum volum will be zero and you’ll not get a volume gain calculated.

Will work on that. If there other faults let me know. :)

If anybody is interested I have a spreadsheet as well which allows you to keep a log and set your goals year by year (length/girth)… it’s base measurement is in CM rather than inches, though keeps track of inches along with cm (converts it), and has other calculations such as:

- Beginning measurement
- Average measurement over the past 45 and 90 day periods (useful to see cementing).
- Total Gains (Including volume gained)
- Next goal (based on yearly goals set up) and Amount Left to Go ‘till next goal.
- Average Gains (Per Day/Week/Month), Needed Gains (Per Day/Week/Month)
- Projected Time Goals Should be met (based on Average Gains).
- Comparison Against Thundersplace Statistics

There’s also a routine generator, which allows you to set up a routine… etc… but that’s not the focus of this thread.


Size is little more than a controllable perception without an accurate means of measurement.
