In reply to this flattening… it flattens your penis only WHILE you’re doing the exercise… it will not actually cause your penis to be flatter and lose girth. The flattening during the exercise really widens your penis while maintaining the girth in the other direction.

Just want to give a little warning about this one. I’m currently on my 3rd week conditioning break after negative PI’s from similar rolling exercise. It will scare the guts out of you when you suddenly don’t get a normal hardness boner.. I believe in this exercise, but it’s very powerful, and must be approached with ease. Focus on post workout fatigue, and don’t push that feeling too far. Start light, and increase intensity and duration very carefully over several weeks. Don’t try to crush it, cause you will.

That is not necessary true. Many have posted here that it makes your dick look wider from the top but if you view it from the side, it actually had flattened. Do a search on this.

Sorry for the very late reply, lol. I think it does flatten the dick while the exercise is being done, but it bounces back to shape later on. Also, you could add in jelqing right after the rolling pin to even out the shape.

Anyway, I’m giving these a try right now. I tried them before while clamped and stopped because of discolouration concerns, so I’m trying them now without a clamp. There’s no discolouration which is great, but it’s hard to get as good a squeeze as I want because the blood leaves my dick, so I’m not sure how much it’s really doing.

Is anyone else using these now, or has used them successfully in the past?

I’ve thought about doing this but I fear ending up with a odd shaped penis and have doubts that it will work. Plus just 6 months with PE and 3 months with staying consistent I’ve had constant gains going from 5.5x 4.7 to 6.5 x 5.1 and as long as I continue to make gains with this routine I don’t feel it’s necessary to add any more punishment to Mr. Johnson.

Smart outlook. I agree, doing the least intense method possible that gives you good gains is the way to go. Personally, I think my penis is toughening, and I might have to step it up to a hydraulic press to see some more gains. I heard it has a flattening effect as well, but you never know.

As a side note, what do you do if someone sees you rolling out your dick like a piece of dough?

I’ve never heard of anyone making gains with those, people usually get excited because their dick looks wider temporarily.

Is this used back and forth or just away from your body like a jelq ??

Whatever works best for you… try each way and see what feels better. Generally I just go one way, and then restart at the base, but sometimes might go back and forth a bit.

I did this exercise, it was good for giving an increase in flaccid size, but I did not see any significant change to my erect size. Did anyone else experience otherwise?


Starting: 6 7/8 EL X 4.8 EG (estimated since I didn't measure)

Was this increase in flaccid size permanent? I’m looking for some flaccid size, but not just temporarily.
