I wonder if just stretching is enough for good gains.It seems logical that if you just stretch your penis will adapt and heal faster than if you are overburdening it with jelq and clamping and so on.

Why not give it a try? Most guys use a combination of stretching and jelqing as those exercises together can alter girth AND length. Clamping is an advanced exercise so try not to associate it within basic manual technique.

If length is your priority, see where a month of stretching gets you - it’s a safe enough experiment..

I have not been successful with stretching only routines, I wouldn’t recommend it. Also you are assuming adaption and healing faster is good for gains.

I agree it’s a low risk experiment, but I don’t understand the proposition. You can usually tell by the reactions you get whether your cock is overburdened. Some guys can jelq for an hour, some only 15 minutes. If you can do 1/2 hour stretching, why would 1/4 hour stretching and 1/4 hour jelqing overburden it? But if you have started the newbie program and discovered that your cock is tired and sore after the stretching, by all means stop there.

I have gained from stretching only routines. Try this for your routine:
- 5-10 minute warm up
- stretch however you want and however long you want
- no warm down but instantly put your penis in an ADS for the whole day

I have made easy gains from this. The reason I stopped was because the ADS was uncomfortable.

Yes, I have gained 0.5” from stretching and dry jelqing over two years.

what is ads ?

You can stretch all you want but having your hand on your dick might just give you an erection. You will need more then that to grow

chrono, we need you to please read the forum guidelines and follow them when you post, please.

The answer is yes. It is quite possible to gain from manual stretching alone, however jelqing at a 60% to 80% erection level with moderate seems to help out a lot. Between the two one exercise adds to the other.

I don’t use an ADS either. I think it’s a helpful complement not a requirement. I also feel fowfers is an alternative to an ADS.
