just how long

just how long would it take someone to add an inch to there unit, but using manual stretches, for about 30 minutes per day? I have been doing them for the last couple of months, but I’m afraid to measure, because if I see no difference, I’m afraid I will become discouraged!

It depends on the individual and your dedication. Some of us gain quickly and some of us gain slowly.

It really depends on the person, some people make fast gains while others are slower. Depending on your routine, and how well it is working for you is also an indication. Working up to 30 minutes a day manually stretching is a start for sure. And while you may not notice a different, it is good if you measure once a month. By doing that, you will see if you want to make changes to your routine, or stick with what you are doing. Lastly, there is no reason to be discouraged. Keep a positive attitude and keep working at it - eventually gains will come! If you have a digital camera, take a picture of your unit once a month even if you don’t measure it that way you have some reference/proof pictures for yourself to look at.

All in all, an inch could take 3 months, it could take 6 months. Just be persistent. I hope this helps!

If you want fast results in length, then you should check out the hanging forum. That is the best bet for length, but there is no guarantee that you will be a good gainer.

I got about an inch in a month, but that is VERY unusual, and I did some stupid stuff when I first started.

Just be sure to take it easy, and make it comfortable. There is no quick road to penile bliss yet. Though by sticking with a routine you will eventually see gains.

The thing I tell myself is “I wish I would have started a year ago, how will I feel in a year if I keep up my routine.” there will be no regrets, because my dick will be well above average.

This is a long and slow road, but the rewards are almost endless (at least for me).

Like they have said above everyone is different.

My guess is, on average with a routine like yours it would take maybe 9 months to a year for an inch.

Man, those are fast gains. I bet if you drop some weight you will see a big difference, unless your weight is solid muscle. I lost 130 pounds and realized for the first time in 30 years I still had a dick. The fat pad really hides length, but then again a very muscular ab will too; anyway I’m impressed with your fast gains.

ok, I really don’t have it in me right now to start hanging, but what other things could I do to speed up progress? would and hour be to long? or just more intense stretching? I’m up for suggestions.

As far as I have heard, it is difficult to manually stretch too much. If you feel pain, then stop… it’s that simple.

If you are not into hanging, that’s fine, just remember that it is the fastest path for most.

I gained about an inch in my first 6 months. I started off jelqing for about 6 weeks. I increased the time until I was jelqing 30 minutes per night. Then I started doing stretches in the shower for 15 minutes and jelqing in the evening.
