Just got my cable clamp!!
I’m working on adding clamping to my routine. My current routine is roughly 30 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing. Should I just add on clamping after the jelqing or would that be too much girth work per session? Should I separate the jelqing and clamping, alternate between days? I jelq at around 50-80% erection and when I’m done I usually get a good 100% erection for a few, so I figured clamping might be most beneficial then. I’m planning on starting out at 1 set of 5 minutes, and gradually increase up to a few sets of 10 minutes.
