Just did some Uli's. HOLY PUMP!

These things are amazing! I had been doing them wrong all this time and was recently browising through the Thunder’s archives. I decided to try them again (the right way) and the pump I got was awesome.

I used an overhand grip to squeeze as opposed to an underhand however. Does this really matter, or does it boil down to a comfort thing?
Also, they were pretty intense. In Uli’s original post he did them morning and evening! Isn’t that a little much?

It worked for him, if I was you I would start just with once a day though.

I get better compression with overhand…

Try it with a constrictor once you had some more conditioning.

Did you get any bruising? I do but they go away quickly.
