Man it’s been a long time since I posted here. Hopefully everyone is doing well and seeing incredible gains. I just wanted to see if there has been any new break throughs with products, pumps, girth type devices/exercises that’s been discovered recently?

I haven’t practiced PE in quite sometime, maybe 1.5 years, not even a jelq and to my surprise I haven’t lost any size. All the pumping and jelqing in the past must’ve really cemented my gains prior to quitting. I think it’s time to get back into it and see if there’s anymore room for growth, primarily in the girth department.

No real breakthroughs, PE gains are still still through hard work and commitment. Congrats on maintaining your gains, and also having the willpower to know when to stop haha.

I’ve only been working at it for a few months, and spending most of my time lurking. While I can’t speak from experience, I have noticed that most useful information I come across is within older threads and most new threads refer to those same older threads for ideas and techniques. Not that there is anything wrong with old information, it just confirms that what is known must be pretty solid.

Also, it’s very encouraging every time I read that someone who has successfully tried PE in the past has been able to maintain their gains.

I’m like you I’ve been doing some “lurking” around as well. I am 2nd month in doing jelqing and light and occasional clamping. I am seeing slight gains, but am logging every day (only way to guarantee to myself it is worth it). I then go back and check before and after to see my gains.

There are a lot of veterans around here or atleast contributed here years ago that laid the ground work and figured out what techniques work and perfected them. I guess the saying is true, “if it’s not broke don’t fix it”.

My time with PE has been off and on. I always wonder how large I would be today if I never took such long breaks away from it. When I was dedicated I saw great gains rather quickly, especially in the length department. Girth on the other hand wasn’t as easy. I always ran into issues with privacy once my ex wife and I separated and the long showers to perform PE was awkward in itself. I’m back alone now so I’m thinking I’ll give it another go and mainly focus on girth this time around.
