Juicing Thread

Juicing Thread

So I was doing some research on lymphocoscles - clogged lymph veins. I think I have had one for a very long time. It doesnt bother me but kind of just sits there. Somewhere in my searches I came across a guy on PE gym who had a recipe for juice that supposedly cured his. This sent me down a rabbit hole of juicing. I dropped $500 on a - Cold press - masticating - Green Star Juicer and started to put the recipe to work.

These were the guys instructions verbatim:

1 hand full of Spinach
1/2 hand full of Parsley (Italian or Regular)
1 full Broccoli
2 Carrots
1/2 Cucumber
1 Full Beet + root if you’d like. (The root has many beneficial nutrients!)
2 Celery sticks (like the carrots)
1 Granny Smith Apple
1/2 Lemon
1inch - 1 1/2 inch Ginger Root. It will add a little spice and is a MUST add in the juice.

AND JUICE UP! If done properly, this should amount to about 2-3 cups of juice. You don’t have to drink the WHOLE thing in one day. If you can, drink atleast 2 cups one day, and have yourself the last cup FIRST THING IN THE MORNING NEXT DAY.

I dont know what effects drinking such a elixer daily would have, but I feel like a Wizard when I drink it. So I will continue to do so and report on my finding in this thread.

The Beet component has me very interested as it is said that Beet juice is performance enhancing for athletes raising Nitric Oxide… boners work with nitric oxide

I too will drink beet juice daily…Isnt it better to juice it yourself though? There is alot of writing that says that juice only has a 24-48 hour shelf life depening on how its juiced…?

There is a low shelf life when it comes to juicing but it comes from the oxidisation process itself rather than a break down of the food in it’s base form.
You are better off cutting things into daily portions and storing them in a sealed bag at the minimum then juice the bagged ingredients in one go.
Also, because of a lack of enzyme production with swallowing a juice compared to chewing the food you aren’t going to get quite the same absorption rates, so if you can it’s better to swill each chug around your mouth long enough for saliva to boost it’s production levels.

Looks like a pretty tasty recipe.

I just bought a juicer and tried out this recipe today, the taste is pretty good I did add 3 strawberries though. I’m excited to see if there is any PE benefit to it.

Is juiced celery work as good for ejaculation as eating the whole stick? That might give me enough reason to buy one there. Celery is cheaper than supplements lol I just can’t eat 5 or 6 stalks of that crap a day without wanting to vomit.

If you don’t like eating it you’ll hate the juice. I’m a firm believer in getting healthier to get bigger and juicing is great for nutrition, just be prepared for some nasty tasting liquid while you’re figuring what you like.

Add a bunch of pineapple to anything and it’ll bring up the taste of the juice, and your baby batter. Pretty much any fruit will help counteract the nasty vegi taste though; at least in my limited experience.

Adding fruit does help a lot but there are certain veggies that cant be conquered. I made the mistake of trying a “Bloody Mary” juice recipe I found online, tasted like nothing but onion. Long story short don’t juice an onion….
