So I was doing some research on lymphocoscles - clogged lymph veins. I think I have had one for a very long time. It doesnt bother me but kind of just sits there. Somewhere in my searches I came across a guy on PE gym who had a recipe for juice that supposedly cured his. This sent me down a rabbit hole of juicing. I dropped $500 on a - Cold press - masticating - Green Star Juicer and started to put the recipe to work.
These were the guys instructions verbatim:
1 hand full of Spinach
1/2 hand full of Parsley (Italian or Regular)
1 full Broccoli
1 Full Beet + root if you’d like. (The root has many beneficial nutrients!)
2 Celery sticks (like the carrots)
1 Granny Smith Apple
1inch - 1 1/2 inch Ginger Root. It will add a little spice and is a MUST add in the juice.
AND JUICE UP! If done properly, this should amount to about 2-3 cups of juice. You don’t have to drink the WHOLE thing in one day. If you can, drink atleast 2 cups one day, and have yourself the last cup FIRST THING IN THE MORNING NEXT DAY.
I dont know what effects drinking such a elixer daily would have, but I feel like a Wizard when I drink it. So I will continue to do so and report on my finding in this thread.
The Beet component has me very interested as it is said that Beet juice is performance enhancing for athletes raising Nitric Oxide… boners work with nitric oxide
