jelquing for 45-60min - anyone do it?

Just wondering if anyone has jelqued regularly for up to 45-60minutes and gotten good results from it. I see most people recommend limiting it to 30, but then I read some big gainer routines that said they went up to an hour (maybe two 30minute sessions). Anyone try this?

Yes and I didn’t find any additional results from spending extra time.

You didn’t get any more negative PI’s at all? You just didn’t notice any gains?

I’ve actually wanted to ask this very same question.

In the last i have read from a very respected user on a different forum who gained a whole lot and he did a jelqing routine that consisted for at least 30 min and sometimes up to an hour.

So it made me wonder if there could be benefits to longer sessions? Once you are conditioned enough of course.

Any else try this before and notice results, good or bad?

My fastest gains where made from intensive and long routines. I would not recommend it as you will risk hardening your dick.

Is it possible to cause the same kind of hardening from jelqs as you risk from pulling too hard with stretches?

I tried it - once. After the session I was all plumped up and had a nice hang, but the next day I was turtled and smaller than ever. My wheelhouse is 15 to 20 minutes.

Be present with your routine, don't just glaze over and make it a chore. Change it up at least quarterly - just like a weight workout you need to keep him guessing.

Well it’s common to get some “newbie gains” before seeing deminishing returns so my guess is that its hard to avoid.

What do you mean by “hardening your dick?”

I think you CAN go for 45 to 60 minutes in one session. But you won’t be able to do it the next day, then the next, etc. For me, at least, it’s too much skin irritation.

10 to 15mins top for me or it starts to hurt. I tend to use a death grip when I jelq.

I’ve jelqed for over 2 hours yesterday and today because I’m bored.

I get negative PI’s and then I can have sex for 2 days because my penis feels strained

My max time was 30 Minutes. I think if your routine involves slow jelqs then a longer session makes sense. However, faster jelqs will definitely irritate the sound 5 of the penis shaft, even when wet jelqing.

My best sessions are 10-20 minutes.
