morning crew,

just a theory i jeg about 3900 every for 5days is good to flex the BC muscle when jegging.

Morning every body,

I have been around for some time and done allot of exercises, stretching, pulling, clamping but I went back to the basic’s of jegging. Do you think as a opinion that 3900 (1500x3) jegs in three stages is over kill?

Ok “Jelq” is a good idea to use the BC muscle when Jelqing, It seems to put more blood in the shaft. I just wondering if it was a good idea, sorry for the incorrect term.

Yeah seems like a great idea, it’s been discussed many times I think.

I don’t know how you ended up calling it Jegging lol! I mean how does that happen, haha.

I guess you can call a brain fart?? But I do get good result from doing three set of them, It make it look real healthy. I do do V-stretching and Over and down stretching with a PCV Pipe works great also.

Doing a kegel while jelqing can push more blood into the shaft, so it won’t hurt if you want to do that. But it’s not a requirement as long as you have an erection with enough blood to move around (50-70%).

I once asked the maximum amount of jelqs anyone has ever done. The most was I think 600, and this was from a very, very, seasoned PE’er.

I think 1500 it is over kill to an extreme, but that’s only my opinion. “Kill” being the operative word.

Maybe over kill might be the word but have been doing with no side affects it looks good and thick and doesn’t have Base Ball Bat look to it. And when I am

done I do the a squeeze ( clam affect) to really fatten it up. I guess I am on the right track.

Do you do 1 second or 3 second reps for your jelqs?

I guess if that’s what you want… but you could probably spend 1/10 the time and have the same effect.

Have you seen the list of negative side effects that you should be looking for? If not, take a look and be safe: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Thank you making me see the light, I guess i was getting impatient about growth sometime it all goes back the saying-“Hurry up and wait” thanks TPS for setting me straight.
