Hello. In my last post I asked if it should be taking me 50 minutes to do my whole PE routine. Another question I had was if I am jelqing too much in my routine. I do my excercises every other day which consist of 15 stretches of 30 seconds each and 400 jelqs. When I get done with my excercises, the glans and upper half of my shaft is noticably filled with blood. I know this is normal but a few hours later the glans and upper half of my shaft are still dark red/purple looking almost as if it is bruised. This usually lasts until sometime the next day(which is why I go every other day instead of 5 days a week). I was just wondering if this “bruised” look is because I am jelqing too much/too hard. I sometimes see a little blood blister or something on the glans too. My penis never gets sore or anything so is there even anything wrong? Thanks

You should take a break and let the blisters etc go away.

BE AWARE OF YOUR BODY SIGNALS!

It might not hurt, but if you think anything looks a bit “odd” you should STOP IMMEDIATELY and THINK. Your body will tell you in one way or the other if something’s wrong, and you might not get a second warning. In your case, it’s probably nothing right now, but if you continue even though you have blood blisters and bruisings etc, it might evolve into something more serious. Just use your common sense and you should be fine.

What erection level are you jelqing at. Are you warming up with a hot towel or heating pad. Also it seems to soon for you to be at 50 minute sessions. I never bruised because I pumped for a couple of months before starting manual exercises. I started with 20 minute sessions and a maximum of 200 strokes and worked my way up to 45 to 50 minute sessions but that is mixed with other exercises. EASY DOES IT. I learned after injuring my self that patience is one of the most important things of PE.

I do warm up and cool down for at least 5 minutes everytime, I’ve been doing PE for about a month and a half. As far as erection level, I really can’t give you a percent but I never do it with a full erection. I guess if I had to give a number it would be around 50 percent. As I get towards the end of the jelqing routine, it is usually even less than that…it’s kind of flaccid but the glans and upper shaft are filled with blood.
I don’t know if that information gives an idea but I’m starting to just jelq for 20 minutes instead of counting out 400 reps.

I started at a dailey 500 jelqs. I think the amount of time is good. I also believe in a steady increase in jelqs/pressure/intensity as time goes on. So I think your routine looks right on track, IMO.

In penis enlargement the method of expansion is based on pressure and blood. Whenever these 2 things are combined bruising is inevitable. The main issue you should keep your eye on it pain (in the sense of sharp shooting pain), numbness and/or a source of blood that is repetitive in workouts. I always feel sore after a good workout, sometimes I may even get a bit of blood and I always get bruised and spotted with dots of red. I chalk this up to PE gains and move on.

scooter I used to get this sometimes and the way I try to look at any side-effect of PE the same. If there is pain or blood present then I need to stop and re-evaluate what I am doing. PE should always be comfortable and have the same characteristics as any other healthy workout.
