Jelqing sets matter
When I jelq.well here ill just give my routine.
Stretch for 5-10 mins(up, down, left, right, diagonally up and left, diagonally up and right,straight out in front of me, rotar stretch both directions and BTC)
Overhand OK grip.20 slow jelqs(around 5 seconds)
Underhand grip 20 slow jelqs(” ” “)
Sandwich grip (hands in letter C shape facing each other) from base to the top of my penis. My curiousity was with the way I do this, I do 20 slow jelqs which If eel warms me up then I do long jelq for as long I lose my errection and to be honest it’s not great so it’s around 3-5 minutes.
Sandwich grip from base to half way up shaft doing the same style of sets above^ 20.20.then as long as possible
Sandwich grip from middle of shaft up to the bottom of glands. With same style structure as previous 2
Overhand 20 slow jelqs
Underhand 20 slow jelqs

It seems alot but this session I can get done in an hour. I was just curious as to my structure & if this is an improved routine (all done dry btw)
