Jelqing routine

Yesterday, I started my jelqing routine. It contains nothing less than jelqs. I’ll increase gradually over six weeks, and then I’ll just continue with this. The only problem I can think of is that my penis will get used to the stress, and stops to grow. But that’s a later problem, when/if it comes up.

The reason to why I want to do this routine is simply because I like jelqing, and hate stretches. My length gains will probably come slower, but I like jelqing and rather stick to something I like than something I dislike. “PE should be fun!”.

5on/2off - 60% erect.

If anyone wants to comment this, then do. Or ask a question. Or simply just wish me luck. :) I’ll report monthly, or if anything else that’s worth to notice, comes up.

I think, if your goal is adding 1.5” to your length, you should start stretching, so you can afterwards hang. 1.5” length is not easy to gain, not just with jelqing. But that’s just an opinion, I recommend searching for examples of people who gained 1.5” length and more, to see how they worked.

I said what I said above, because I found none going without stretching at start.

Been there, done that. Or pretty much that anyway. I abhorred stretching for the longest time, it was just too painful, so I haven’t done much of it throughout my “career”. I’ve tried some hanging but that didn’t work out since I couldn’t make a device that fit well enough (this was before the explosion of PE forums). So most of my gains have come through jelqing and various other exercises. I wouldn’t say that I think jelqing is “fun” but I’ve made decent gains over the years. I would suggest that you consider adding a few other exercises as well, ULI’s and similar exercises, and mix up wet and dry jelqs to have some variation.

I’ve found that I canstand stretching if I warm up A LOT before each long session and also really focus on my grip, going so far as to re-setting the grip 2-3 times to make sure it’s right. This practice has allowed me to stretch consistently for the past few weeks. Hopefully this will lead to some progress since I haven’t really stretched before.

Have been having problems with an overhand OK-grip from the beginning of this routine. Some pain has occured during the exercise. The problem was that I was almost lying down, and putting to much downward pressure on my penis. Today it was a little sore during the excersise because of that, so I only jelqed for about five minutes.

Tomorrow I’ll avoid pressing to much downward, and to do this I’ll sit more straight up. Then I’ll take the weekend off (as planned), and it should be fine in the beginning of the next week.

ebon00: I’ll consider your advice about the ULI’s after I’ve done this routine for three months straight.

Two weeks have passed, and the only problem I’ve encountered is as stated above, problem with the overhand OK-grip. The solution worked.

(With this routine) I’ve gained 0.25” BPEL, but none NBPEL. Girth hasn’t moved either. I’ll continue this for two weeks more, and if I doesn’t gain anymore I’ll start jelqing for 15 minutes instead of 10.

How intense are your jelq’s?

I found I didnt make many gains as such until I really squeezed a jelq for 2-3 seconds.

I do my jelqs for at least 3 seconds each stroke, and maximum 5 seconds. Those strokes I’ve counted is often about 4 seconds.

What about the intensity of the pressure? I asked about this before and some got concerned. I now try to keep my wang pumped with blood, but just shy of erect that way I can feel some give in the CC’s. However, I just read in another thread how BIB only did very light jelqing and that that may be better. Any thoughts from the vets?

I do my jelqs with medium intensity. It’s hard to explain because everybody isn’t as strong or weak as another, but I get a good grip, a tight grip - but not as hard as I can.

I have been catching a cold and I don’t feel very well. It could be worse, but I think my penis feels better if I leave it alone for tonight. I’m going to do 1on/1off until the worse is over, which shouldn’t be more than a week from today.

The cold disappeared as fast as it came. Did some jelqing for 5 minutes today, and will continue my regular 5on/2off starting at monday.

And by the way, I measured 7” this morning. I really like this routine. :) If only some girth gains would come, but if nothing happens, I’ll start to Uli after I’ve done this routine for 3 months.

Sorry for so many posts in a row, but I must mention this: I’ve started measure with a vertical ruler instead. I was 6.5” then, instead of 7”. It’s more accurate, so I’ll stick with that.

What angle are you jelqing?
