Hey guys,

What would you say is the best method for getting the fastest results (either length or girth) I only have enouh time to do one routine so I need to choose.

I’m not making fun of you, og6, but you seem to have been a member for 3 years. Why did you take so long to ask this question? Have you been doing anything during all that time?

Since you never entered any measurements in your PE Statistics, it is impossible to know what you need to work on. So, what area you need to work on can only be decided by you.

Can you not find, at sometime during the day or evening, 20 to 30 minutes to do a few sets of stretches and jelqs? IHanging, of course would take longer, I would imagine (I don’t do hanging). If not, you must be one busy dude! But remember, what ever you do you have to be dedicated and stick with it or forget it. Good Luck. :thumbs:

Are you conditioned enough for hanging? If not, start with jelqing.

My plan is to jelq / stretch / uli / ADS until I don’t gain for a month. Then, depending on where I am, I’ll either go into maintenance or switch to something else — most likely clamping, but possibly hanging or the static stretcher.


God gave me: 4.75" BPEL / 5" EG

Currently: 6" BPEL / 5.25" EG

Goal: 7" BPEL / 5.75" EG

Here is my history:

-Joined forum 3 years ago, tried jelqing routine and gave up after seeing no gains at all in 2 weeks. I gave up mainly because I stopped believing PE actually worked.

-Last year I found my way back after reading some guy talking about how he grew his dick by 2 inches. I tried a jelqing routine again (this time correctly) which caused the meatus of my penis to inflate a large amount (you can search my name to find the thread and see a pic) I tried hanging and had the same problem.

-I am going to make a 3rd attempt to do a routine now after getting circumsized. I believe this will eliminate the problem with the meatus inflating (it happens because the frenulum tugs on my meatus at the top causing it to pull out and swell) After I’m sufficiently healed I’ll start my routine. Really I have a good idea of jelqing and hanging but wanted to “check up” to hear the latest about each exercise (if there’s any news that is)

My measurements are 5.5” BPEL and 4.5” EG BTW

Dude, I really hope things work out better for you this time. After going through a circumcision, you definitely deserve it! I wish you good PEing in the future.

However, I guess you now realize that seeing gains in just 2 weeks is being a bit over expectant. Wouldn’t that be great it that were true? But, gains can be achieved. Some take a long time to achieve them, some a short time, and others never obtain them at all. But if they keep with it, they will at least have a very healthy penis, which is a good thing!

I have been fortunate to have had some small gains in a fairly short time, and hope that they continue, or at least become cemented. But if not, so be it. I’ll still keep trying.

When you heal sufficiently and begin PEing again, make sure that you begin entering your measurements in the PE Stats, and list your Routine. I find that it is an incentive for me to work hard to try to do better. And, others watch my progress and egg me on with lots of encouragement.

I would try to do the Newbie routine. If you are severely time limited, stretch one day and jelq the next.

Firegoat knows what is up, the newbie routine can work wonders if you are out of the game. Even if you have been doing it for a while it is very consistent and gives reliable and safe results.
