Jelqing only- Length gains NOT POSSIBLE

Haha, couldn’t resist. But in all seriousness, that’s very disappointing from the extender. I don’t know if I could have gone 3.5 months with out gains. That’s impressive in itself, at least to me.


2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Extenders should always be used with another form of PE IMHO.

I learned that the hard way too with my bloody max extender.

There was one guy who spent years and gained nothing, I read a thread of his and I think he finally gave up.

Everyone jelq by the way, like at least 100everyday, it only takes 10 minutes in the shower and is good for your penis health, EQ and can help stimulate gains.

But wait.. Jelqing at a low erection level (lets say, 50%), is a helluva good stretch in itself, isn’t it? I myself always feel my ligs being worked pretty well after a good 30min jelqing session.

Then again, not do manual stretching to complement the jelqing is foolish if you’re up for length gains. My general advice is to squeeze in a little stretching session here and there thorough the day. 3-5 min downward and rotary stretching after pee-time is what I generally imply. (Drink a lot of water)

I never felt much of a stretch but I think I did it slightly wrong. I’ve started to get hard enough, so that it doesn’t go above horizontal level, at at the end of the first jelq hold it there until the 2nd hand has jelqed half way down. You can put some good pressure here which I can feel pulls the ligaments slightly. I think that’s how jelqing is supposed to be done. Rather than previously at the end of the first jelq I’d take the hand off and then start with the other, which creates less pressure.

But there were many other factors to consider as well.

Sometimes it frustrates me, because very cheap affordable studies could be done in the field of PE, but it just wouldn’t be a profitable thing. If grass cured some disease would anyone be interested in putting money into studies to prove that, to then sell grass in a pill or whatever? It could so easily be done, cheap controlled studies in the field of PE, but no one’s really interested, and we’re sort of left in the semi-organized chaos of the internet. Pills and surgery are so much more profitable. Anyway, I’m interested as well in what people have to say on this. Erection strength I think being an important factor to consider.

Very well put and I agree. You said you didn’t necessarily agree that high erection jelqs yield more girth and moderate erection jelqs yield more length. That seems to be the case with me, which only goes to support the idea that everyone is different. Again, well put.

Nearly that long for me, back in the day. plenty of guys go that long and even longer before seeing any gains at all.

Wouldn’t you be able to gain simply from heating before the jelquing? You would think that 5-10 minutes of heat is going to make this “chord” tissue pliable enough to stretch simply from jelquing?

In the literature I’ve read on this site about jelqing, everything says use 40% - 80% erection. From my recollection, you should not jelq without 40% engorgement because otherwise there will be too much imbalance in the engorgement from beginning of stroke to end. I mean sure, you might get some length gains if your tissue remains pliable enough for you to stretch during the stroke (especially holding at the end). But isn’t jelqing with too little of an erection responsible for the dreaded “baseball bat” phenomenon?

It may result in the baseball bat effect over a protracted period. Stay closer to 80% and find your sweet spot.

ER jelqed almost exclusively and got tremendous length gains in a short amount of time.. He kept the stress low and took a lot of days off. His routine is what has allowed me to gain over a 1/4 inch in the last couple months after only gaining about 1/16-1/8th BP from 2-3 years of inconsistent over training.

Yes, he later mentions that he wished he would have kept it around 100-150. His jelqs are New Jelq City style so low erection level and low intensity so 300 of those isn’t the same as 300 of the 50-70% erection level jelq’s. I think the rest days are key as well as the no masturbation. I’ve noticed a difference personally. Measuring everyday or as much as possible is key as well I think. The BPFSL measurements have proven very useful for me and they seem to indicate future gains as the length of it stretched out grows.
