So most of you know that my weapon of choice is the Penimaster.

I’ve decided to add daily jelqing to my routine and do about 120 jelqs in a hot shower.

What I want to know is:

Can I do jelqing that focuses on lengthening and not so much on girth?

How does this work?

Yeah, what I’m doing are stretches and jelqs at 50% 60% for lenght, don’t forget to post your results.

I agree I feel a tremendous stretch when jelqing at low erection levels. And I always felt that I was jelqing for length when soft and girth when harder.

yes its true jelquing between 50 and 80 pecent is fine for length, and always strech, try streching from the base of the penis too.

A few years ago, I used to do thousands of intense jelqs a day while completely soft and I got 1/2” in erect length in a couple of months.

Unfortunately, that gain didn’t stay.

Hi Thorne, maybe you didn’t stay on the routine, the enough time, like some people says, to “cement the gains”. By the way, are you actually doing exercises?

That’s right, I stopped doing them so I didn’t cement them.

I think that was before ‘cementing’ was a common idea.

No, I’m not doing manual exercises anymore.

I’m awaiting the arrival of a pump and perhaps I’ll re-include hanging and maybe a bit of jelqing/stretching into my routine.

So how do you cement gains? Is it different cementing jelqing gains and PM gains?
