Jelqing Expanion Not Enough For Gains

I have recently been reading another post about how the amount of expansion during and after jelqing effects any gains that we have.

I myself can only add around another 1/8” in girth when I’m jelqing. I have read somewhere that some people get arount 1/2” or more. I am begining to attribute this to the lack of gains that I have had. Am I right in thinking this?

Does anyone know why this could be, and what I could do about it (to get a better expansion during and after a jelq)?

Has anyone else had the same problem and overcome it some how?

A half year ago I had the same “problem”: lack of expansion during and after jelqing.

1) It was the time I watched TV when I jelqed. At the moment I stoped watching TV while jelqing, the expansion increased a lot. My conclusion was, that I jelqed not intense enough because the tv got to much attention. So pay enough attention to the jelqing and jelq intensively.

2) Maybe it has something to do with your %erection. When it is to low, the penis will only be jelqed at the last part of the shaft. Some kegels during jelqing will solve this problem.

3) To give your penis a longer jelq, you can try this: If one hand reaches the glans, do not just grap the base with the other hand and jelq again, but grap the base and push the skin of the penis a littlebit into your body. The other hand can then jelq an inch futher before he reaches the glans!
For example; your left hand almost reaches the glans. Then you grasp the base with your right hand and push the penis down. While you do that, jelq with your left hand an inch futher.

Thanks for advice, but I cannot find anything with the search option to do with pancaking. Can you share how this is done or point me in the right direction of a thread perhaps. Thanks.

I add in some ULI squeezes and Horse440s with my jelqing sessions. I do them about every five minutes and then resume jelqing. I get a much better expansion that way and it also becomes more plyable.

I often add some obends. I seem to get good expansion from these but not jelqing no matter how hard I try and force the blood up the shaft.

The pancaking exercise is analogous to a rolling pin and bread dough. I have used a deodorant stick to perform the action. While standing, lay your 10% erect penis out on a desktop and roll out your penis with the deordorant stick (elliptical shape), you can apply quite a bit of pressure so be careful. Flatten the penis with the rolling action about 20 to 30 times, than perform Uli’s (repeat).
